Just found your channel and I’m loving your videos. This is the content we need. More females, mothers, daughters, grandmothers hiking and living their best lives. Thank you! 😀❤️🌈
I have hiked The Enchantments 8 times over the last 20 years. It is my favorite hike in Washington State. I live on Whidbey Island. I have hiked over Asgard Pass each time from Colchuck Lake. I could do it every year and still love it. One year at Colchuck Lake in September a hiker came off the top down Aasgard Pass and told us there was a snowstorm up on top. The next day when we hiked up most of it was melting off. It is a beautiful place. I always start up Asgard Pass in the dark with my head lamp on. I always followed the Cairn's and have never had a problem. The easiest way is to stay left and hike up that side. Perfection Lake is my favorite spot to camp. Leprechaun Lake would be my second favorite area. You miss a lot by not staying up in the Enchantments and exploring for several days.
Thank you for documenting this. We did this epic hike last August and loved every part of it. My only suggestion to your video is to name the lakes and the peaks along the route.
Now that certainly looked like an EPIC hike without a doubt! And in such an absolutely gorgeous area too 😍 Thanks for taking the time to capture this and share it 😊
Incredible achievement. My cousin and I did this hike last October and had to fight through a blizzard from the halfway point up Aasgard Pass through the first part of the Core. Tough but the snow made the Core even more beautiful. When I saw the time on your Garmin and where you guys were still standing, my heart sank. 😅 That trudge out and back to the parking lot is relentless and brutal. The only hike I’ve done that’s harder than this one was rim to rim at the Grand Canyon.
Great video! My favorite hike in Washington State. I guess the biggest mistake hikers make is spending too much time at Colchuk Lake. The first long stop should be at the top of Asgard while having lunch, that way you avoid hiking in the dark afterwards. Cheers!
I think you took wrong route down to vivianne. Have done the thru hike 4 times. Don’t remember that sketchy part. From vivianne to snow lake could be very tricky for first timers
Hi! Love your videos. Myself and my 2 kids + baby love to watch these together and hike. A question for you- what is your hoodie sun shirt and gaiter? Also can you make a video or share what your dress your little one in? Just got the Morrison sleeping baby for my little for our September trip.
Awe, thanks!! I I have a couple sun hoodies I like (the orange suit is the REI Sahara sun hoodie and the yellow one is Ridge Merino) & yes! I plan to make a video sharing all my favorite clothing/gear for my daughter 🤗 Love the Morrison bags!
Just did this hike with my husband on Saturday - by far the longest/hardest hike we've ever done. We only heard of the Enchantments a week ago and booked a last minute flight out to Seattle to hike it. Took us about 15.5 hours but we were practically trail running the last 4-6 miles (very fast speed walking at least). Definitely the hardest thing I've ever done physically but so beautiful! We make sure to stop and jump in Lake Viviane!
Nice hiking video. The more starchy food you eat the higher glucose and worse insulin resistance. Best to keep keto and periodical fasting that helps you burn off excessive stored energy.
This is one of my bucket list hikes!!! I have a bad knee (no ACL or meniscus and torn PCL ) and am slightly concerned about the downhill portion but, if I make this a 3 day hike then i think I can totally do this EPIC trail.
You girls are gangsters dude. I just got back from a 19 mile overnight with about 9k elevation gain and I'm wondering if I'm going to make it to work! 😂 Keep it up!
Amazing video! Just wondering - is camping not allowed in The Enchantments? I was wondering why the choice was made to hike straight-thru rather than do an overnighter and get some rest? My only thought was maybe it's not allowed...thanks for the content!
You can, but you have to have a permit. They hold a lottery for permits each year and only a few folks get them - I’ve put in twice and haven’t gotten one, but maybe one day! I would love to camp there ☺️

Absolutely amazing nice sound. Hey I subscribe your channel. GUYS I recommended you visit the himalayan mountains k2 and Nangaparbat view point from one place moses peak Gilgit-Baltistan Barah Valley. Add this sound in your bucket list.
Great! It's actually alot more rewarding to not brag and make a video about it. Otherwise you'll miss the whole point of the experience. But I guess it's good that young people still enjoy solo outdoor adventures....
Being proud and happy is not the same as bragging. If Someone is hiking for 19 hours and makes a 30 min video about it it is not missing the point of the experience. Plus it even creates more happiness when it is shared! So I to will agree to disagree and gladly keep watching :)
Recording it does not miss the “whole point of the experience” at all. In fact, recording it makes it easier to remember and look back on. Also, people love watching videos like this from the comfort of their homes.

Dang! I can’t imagine doing this hike in the snow. Sounds brutal, but I bet it was gorgeous ❄️
What a great adventure and share, you should be sooo proud of yourselves! Heck I am proud of you! Great work!
Awe, thank you! ☺️
That's insane amount of hiking in one day. But what breathtaking views. Really great video.

I get it! We spent a long time there. It was hard to leave! Definitely coming back for a day hike just to chill at Colchuck 🤙
I about died when I seen 7.5 hours left. 😳 Looks like an epic trip though!😍💪🏼
Yeah, same 😂

We totally could have!
I love this hike! I did it several years ago and it was so magical!
My sister and I did this but over three days and we were fully packed and it took us about 4 hours with full packs! Well done ladies
Oh man! That sounds so fun and brutal at the same time 😂
Great video! I love your style of hiking vlogs.
Doing this in less than 2 weeks asgard stresses me out... Great video
You’ve got it! Go your own pace and don’t feel pressure from those around you. We certainly took our sweet time ☺️
Ah yes the death march is also where I hit my wall. Nice video!

Did this hike in two days 43 years ago with my wife. We still talk about it.

Thank you! Cheers!
Jeebus, I'm usually done after about 18 miles in a day. You guys made that look easy. I really gotta get out to Washington, looks awesome out there.
Washington is 💯. Definitely come here!
This is 1 of the prettiest hikes I've ever been on. From colchuck too the top is about 3/4 of a mile.1 of the steepest climbs I've ever been on. They

I hope you can some day!
After a less than optimal visit there in '16 I decided to do the same. Just haven't gotten to it yet!
my dream trail!

Would it be possible to get a little video on how the shuttle system and parking at snow lake works?

What shorts are you wearing?
Just some cheapo bike shorts I got at Sierra Trading Post 3+ years ago. Still my fav 😝

I really enjoy having these memories to look back on and share with my daughter. Agree to disagree 😜
