@Screen Rant: Important question? That is not an important question. I encourage you to look up the meaning of the word *'Important'* in this ancient tome known as a *Dictionary* that can be found at this sacred facility known as a *Library.*
My thoughts The idea of Captain Marvel is ok I would prefer a hero that's flawed even if they gradually overcome their flaws Having someone granted powers so easily diminishes the character People think this movie shows how powerful a woman can be In reality it shows that a woman cannot be strong without some special accident And if you're really shooting for something SJW they should have had Monica not Carol Or are they saying a black woman like Monica or Gamora aren't good good enough to be a super hero Brie is lame as an actress with no character
Really dude! That's how the comics where written. She's powerful cause she overcome her emotions and the Krees hold over her. You comment is redundant. She doesn't need any power ie event to make her powerful. Just the sheer will to get up, and give it enougher go.
On the point of why Captain Marvel wasn't called upon by Fury using the pager during all the other major events that probably could have used her help, I don't think the pager worked properly. I think she realised something happened when half of the population of Skrull that she has been spending time with disappeared and it was at that point she decided to head back to Earth,
I have a question about the Marvel movie.. The pilot sacrifice herself and doesn't let kree take the fuel cell ( energy source derived from tessaract) which was there in the Jet. My question is how come a sub part of the infinity stone (which was actually in the orbit of earth on an cloaked ship) be equivalent to the stone power itself. Giving her so much power. If in that case when Fury has already experienced this in first hand why didn't he try create replica of the fuel cell from the Tessaract ( for many fuel cells) to be created leading to many super hero for his new 'Avengers' initiative.
I've just gotten this theory for Endgame, that relates to the Tesseract. If Captain Marvel's power is derived from the Space Stone, then what good she be against Thanos, who has a Gauntlet which holds it? The Mad Titan can just absorb all of Captain Marvel's super powers. What can possibility happen?
5:31 HOLD UP. Tony's work in Iron Man 2 to develop a new element is based on research from Project Pegasus... *_Did Tony develop a synthetic Space Stone in Iron Man 2?_*
@@Mansplainer2099-jy8ps The cube wasn't responsible for the energy though. Go back to the first Captain America movie: HYDRA is using the Tesseract to power their weapons and technology, and ultimately that's what Howard Stark wanted to do with the it; Nick Fury said that Howard was on the cusp of an energy race that would dwarf the arms race. Plus, this explains why Loki's staff didn't work on Tony: *It was going up against another Infinity Stone.*
@artistwithouttalent How do you know the properties of the material that surrounded the Space Stone? Yes, HYDRA used the cube (which is Space Stone plus material). And I don't see how Loki's staff being blocked by the element Tony manufactured proves it is Space Stone (which is an ingot that was forged by the Big Bang according to the Collector) and not material that was likely put around said Space Stone for a reason.
With the release of the Captain Marvel movie and Disney getting their hands on the X-Men license, does that mean Rogue is finally gonna get her super strength and flight powers?
I do hope we get Kamala Khan and Monica Rambeau. Even if they have bit parts in endgame, Carol can help train them in future movies. Avengers Academy, anyone?
Janae Marie Howard stark found the stone and was researching it with project pegasus as revealed in iron man 2. Mar-Vell got it from project pegasus after Howard Stark left the project and shield.
To be honest, I wonder though, once they show the Infinity Gauntlet, will they show the Infinity Sword? Cause if I remember an old cartoon show Marvel Super Hero Squad, Dark Soul Silver did acquire both gauntlet and the sword all together, wonder if that could be part of the future of the MCU, what you guys think? And I'm just saying, since The Avengers are gonna beat Thanos really soon
basically this explains why tony was one of the people that thanos feared since his tech was developed and worked totally due to the space stone one of the infinity stones also explaining why tony was able to hold his own against the power stone .............so basically tony, wanda, and captain marvel are what they are due to the space stone .......tony not exactly tho he is what he is due to his intelligence

that scene is mirrored, probably due to copyright reasons to wherever they got that footage from.
Screen rant has to mirror images so they don't get copyright striked. Good eye tho, no pun intended.
You... *see* what I did there?
@@that.canadian.vaper.guyTCVG hahaha..... the things we do.
Defo ye lol
So can anyone tell me what the important question is (as referred to in this)? And how it moves the MCU plot in a forward direction?
Howard Stark founded SHIELD. Nick Fury works for SHIELD. Not a leap of logic to assume how Fury got the cube
Nick Fury was Director since day one?
BBBHuey Obviously not, but when he became director has nothing to do with it. whenever he becomes director he’d have access to the files on SHIELD’s assets and projects.
The appearance of the cube in Cap Marvel isn’t a bad thing. But it’s not like we needed it to connect the dots on how Fury knew about it by ‘Thor,’ which all these clickbaity headlines imply. It’s just more specific info on what the cube was being used for by SHIELD and other govt agencies
Vader47000 right? Lol it’s pretty cool too cause I’m Iron Man 2, you see a crate marked “Project Pegasus” when Tony is working on rediscovering new element.
So...the new element Tony Stark created to save his life was basically the Tessaract A.K.A the Soul Stone and no one knew....
but in infinity war thanos gauntlet already have the 6 infinity stones. how did that happened?
In Iron man 2 when he created the new element he was studying his father's note on his work on the Tessaract
@Screen Rant: Important question? That is not an important question. I encourage you to look up the meaning of the word *'Important'* in this ancient tome known as a *Dictionary* that can be found at this sacred facility known as a *Library.*
Lmao!! I love the way u worded this.👍
My thoughts
The idea of Captain Marvel is ok
I would prefer a hero that's flawed even if they gradually overcome their flaws
Having someone granted powers so easily diminishes the character
People think this movie shows how powerful a woman can be
In reality it shows that a woman cannot be strong without some special accident
And if you're really shooting for something SJW they should have had Monica not Carol
Or are they saying a black woman like Monica or Gamora aren't good good enough to be a super hero
Brie is lame as an actress with no character
Wow my IQ just dropped reading your comment
@@kevingardner2464 sorry to hear
Kind of evident by your use of ad hominem though
Really dude! That's how the comics where written. She's powerful cause she overcome her emotions and the Krees hold over her. You comment is redundant. She doesn't need any power ie event to make her powerful. Just the sheer will to get up, and give it enougher go.
What if they give goose one of the suits Ant-Man has then just eat thanos?
On the point of why Captain Marvel wasn't called upon by Fury using the pager during all the other major events that probably could have used her help, I don't think the pager worked properly. I think she realised something happened when half of the population of Skrull that she has been spending time with disappeared and it was at that point she decided to head back to Earth,
She says in the film. Only for emergencys. The avengers had it under control. In the comics she's the protector of space.
At timestamp. 3:44 the Grandmasters guardsmen kinda remind me of shrunken celestials
Captain Marvel is so badass. I love this one
Most important question, WHAT HAPPENED TO GOOSE, DAMMIT?
So whats the deall with furys eye does it work or have powers?
Pretty much nothing. He just got a scratch, but I feel there's more since we have to think about what his eye looked like in Winter Soldier
Captain marvel had a complete plot twist!
It took me until the end of the movie to realize Mar Vel was Marvel.
so much vocal ping pong.. you repeated so much info that was unnecessary.. :P
fried my brain..
They didn't talk once about the fact the tesseract was found in the ocean with cap
Captain Marvel just passed Aquaman and BvS's entire domestic run in only 22 days.
where is soul stone before captain america first avenger ?
Alright, but how did it get from Howard Stark to the Kree Battleship?
It was probably deliverd (somehow) to that army base, and then taken up to the ship.
How do you post twice in less than 3 hours?
Captain marvel was hydra because in agents of shield in season three it says NASA is hydra
Would not be surprised if the Pimm particle was designed from the tesserac
4 ads in 10 minutes? Come on, ya'll
5:31 HOLD UP. Tony's work in Iron Man 2 to develop a new element is based on research from Project Pegasus... *_Did Tony develop a synthetic Space Stone in Iron Man 2?_*
Probably no, more like replicate the Cube material around the Space Stone.
@@artistwithouttalent It was either that. Or maybe the staff just didn't work on Tony, because the Arc Reactor in his chest was protecting his heart.
@@BBBHuey exactly the Arc Reactor ig people didnt know he had that under his shirt
And her answer was: It's this like a personal attack or something?
@ neither is her feet, ew..
Walter Carlos(early electronic musician) is now Wendy Carlos. Walter Lawson was changed to Wendy Lawson. Coincidence? I think..........maybe?
Which dimension
.
Plot twist: Loki who died in Infinity War was the super skrull and the real Loki is still on sakaar since he thought about staying there.
Then why didn't the Skrull turn back into its original look when he died?
With the release of the Captain Marvel movie and Disney getting their hands on the X-Men license, does that mean Rogue is finally gonna get her super strength and flight powers?
I think it's a very bad idea to treat all Skrulls like the "good guys"
I agree
But the post credit scene of captain marvel seems to be after infinity war which would mean there are 2 tesseracts
Every word of what you just typed... was wrong!
lol helen cobb's call sign is the name of the bar in captain marvel
i have a feeling someone will DIE in avenger end game
mee to guys sub too rapid dog
More than one person is going to die at least that's what I think.
RIP Thano's asshole
Yeah Iron man, captain america, and maybe Thor , Hulk ,black widow ,Hawkeye.
But of course half the universe already died soooooo
: |
Keane Lucas Mari Ocampo stahp, yer drunk
I do hope we get Kamala Khan and Monica Rambeau. Even if they have bit parts in endgame, Carol can help train them in future movies.
Avengers Academy, anyone?
Delete. This.
Yes it introduced FLURCKEN the Galactics killer
I have always been partial to Mephisto myself.
Can't wait for EndGame
She also answered one we weren't asking.. the stones can give powers to people.. now captin marvel and the witch both get their powers from a stone
And Doctor Strange... And Ronan... And Starlord... And Quicksilver... And Malekith... And Vision...
@@BBBHuey how did Starlord get his power from a stone
@@aviontaydukes8401 At the end of GotG when he held the Power Stone fighting Ronan. It was a brief moment, but he did get power from it.
Still doesn't explain how the "space stone" got to Earth in the first place we only know that it was revealed to be in Norway by the Redskull
in thor, thors grandfather hid it there after a war with frost giants in 1215
But how did Mar-Vell get the tesseract?
Janae Marie Howard stark found the stone and was researching it with project pegasus as revealed in iron man 2. Mar-Vell got it from project pegasus after Howard Stark left the project and shield.
How did dr mar vell get the tessaract
Pretty sure Howard duck is gonna kill thanos
What about Monica Rambow
Exactly
Tesseract is the key to endgame?
Or when goose regurgitated the tesseract, it was after the snap because Nick fury wasn't there.
Space stone seem to be the stone that showed up in most of the MCU movies? Is this some kinda hint by Marvel
Loki didn't turned into frost giant when he held the teseract. 👍
my bad....THE SPACE STONE!
Lol i was just about to say that
That dang “cat” lol 👁
Imagine if in endgame Stan lee hits thanos on the head with a frying pan and says “I am the writer, I can do whatever I want!”🤣
I would be upset.
