By the time you’re in 10th grade you should be learning these solos. Studying them. By my senior year I was performing Rossini Introduction, themes and variations. In 10 grade I was working on the Weber concertos and concertino. Get on it. This would actually be a good one. But if you feel it’s a little technical try the Weber concertos. Ask your band teacher to help you get the sheet music. Best wishes!!!
A good job.....a good performance, a formidable skill in getting to the end with clarity, ....continue like this...I follow you.....good everything. Mauritius - Italy
Wow excellent! I have been studying this exact piece from when I was 16 and now (two years later) I have finally preformed it! Altought I dont know how to make the sound from the Forceful variation...
Thank you ! and congratulations for your performance too, it's a difficult piece. If you need some help to solve the flatterzung problem, just right me at federicopcl@gmail.com
Hello, good evening. How are you, clarinet player, great musician? Greetings. I am one of your admirers and lovers. I admire your playing of the clarinet. You play a beautiful and amazing performance in Paganini’s Caprice 24 pieces. Very, very difficult pieces. Excellent performance. I am Ali Kidel from the Republic of Yemen and residing and born in Saudi Arabia. An oud player. I want you to convert notes. I have a piece of Caprice Pagani 24 from Miner La to Miner Sol, and I hope you can send it in PDF.
@@FedericoPalaciosClarinet No, though I have tried many others like Marca Premium, Superieure, Steuers classic and exclusive, all Vandorens and eventually there's nothing like V12s. Never happened to try Gonzalez..
@@FedericoPalaciosClarinet Gonzalez GD are as consistent as V12? A number 3 would be lighter than a number 3 V12. What strength you use on BD7? You use them a long time?
I woud have preferred you to remain much closer to the original score . all your extra trills etc. detract from the music for me, I regret that I didn't enjoy it all that much, skillfull though your performance is.
Thanks so much for your comment, Mr Walker. But I recognize that I’m a little bit confused… when you mentioned “remain much closer to the original score”, which score are you referring to? , Mr McGlaun’s score, or Paganini’s score ? In any case, my performance detaches itself from McGlaun’s score, only at the end of his arrangement, adding some more arpeggios… for which I already apologized to Mr McGlaun.
Absolutely amazing, im a 10th grader and i couldnt believe something like this can be performed! Just wow!
big THANK YOU !!!!!!!!!!

Just some info, do you think the JLV ligature can catch the sides of V21 reed? Or It's too wide for It?
Sure, no problem !
@@FedericoPalaciosClarinet How do you know?
I play with Gonzalez FOF too... which is mostly like the V21 in size... I don't have any problem with it...
Your setup is? BD? mouthpiece, JLV silver plated and reeds?
all is described on description...
