Whitney's father is black and her mother is mixed with black and white. So I wouldn't say Whitney is biracial. Drake on the other hand has a black father and a white mother, he is biracial not mixed with different cultures.

Yes she would still be considered mix because even if the black is more dominant the white is still in her dns it would be both but she seems to have less melanin so I believe the white dominants more than the black
