Will Morris is a freaking genius. I've worked with him in his capacity as a consultant, and as a trainer. I found his advice to be smart and prudent, and his training programs are allowing me to get a great pump in spite of my injuries. He's an intelligent, no bullshit guy who, most important, genuinely cares about his clients.

Do you use chain or straight weight? Do you hang the plates using a cord attached to a ball?

two months ago.... that's the point therapy comes in on the day of the injury and the first 48 hours is one stage then the next two weeks another , depending on the injury real strength training like SS gets started as it is tolerated, i agree Bob and Brad just wont get on board and stick to bands and that one legged squats. my knee injury has taken 6 months so far and im still not up to my glorious 175 lbs squat. but its ready for the new softball season. the McKenzie Method has a bunch of books 10 bucks each
