The cervical cancer vaccine I mention in the video is the HPV Vaccine (human papillomavirus). The HPV vaccine is recommended by the CDC for routine vaccination at age 11 or 12, but can be started at age 9. The CDC also recommends vaccination for everyone through age 26 if not adequately vaccinated when younger.

About period pain, I am suffering since beginning and got tested by the gynaecologist also. I am not suffering from thyroid, pcod, endometriosis etc. She was not able to find the reason. Then I went to an ayurvedic clinic. The doctor there gave me ayurvedic medicine and it helped me very much. Recently I gave birth to a child via normal delivery and then I realised that the cramps and period pain I was suffering from every month was equal to my labour pain and contractions, nothing less.

All points are great.. But, my INDIAN dermatologist has advised to wear sunscreen every single day, even if we are not going out. Yes, we can decrease the amount we are applying. (Instead of 3 finger rule, follow 1 finger) but sunscreen is damn important for Indians as well..
    Every single day!!

I loved this video with tons of information, well going through the video i have realised that how much advance I’m, cause I’m already following 11/13 steps in my daily life and it really makes me feel proud and happy. I just turned 19, and going through major changes while growing up sometimes leads to unhealthy & unhappy life until you actually put work and effort for yourself. So the lesson i have learned over the years is make yourself the biggest priority. Start to put efforts for your own self , go on solo dates, solo rides, be a bathroom singer let those words be free. Catch flights not feelings gurls✨👯‍♀️

about the fizzy drinks -- As a teenager i try not to drink fizzy drinks a lot. I rarely drink those like once in three months. Instead of that i try to go for Lemonade and homemade juice or shakes that my mom makes. Whenever my parents and siblings and also myself included eat stuff like pizza burger stuff, i always go juice rather than fizzy drinks and my parents also support me and feel proud of that healthy decision i make which makes me control myself and avoid them :D
Also, in this era of teenagers applying makeup sunscreens and other stuff i rarely applied makeup only on any school functions. I have also stopped putting nail paints on my nails

My skin specialist suggested to apply sunscreen every single day , even if you are not going out , you are on computer for 8 hours , those radiation affect your skin , even if you are in colder region , SO it is better to apply sunscreen every single day, even if you are indian in western regions the UV rays will affect your skin texture , just because they have less melanin , they are prone to UV ray effects . Indian can use physical defense SPF

This self-care video featuring girls appears to promote positive habits and routines for maintaining mental, emotional, and physical well-being. It's important to encourage self-care practices, especially among young girls, to cultivate a healthy sense of self-esteem and resilience. Additionally, showcasing diverse perspectives and experiences can make the content more relatable and inclusive.......
I wanted the part 2 of this video

I'm 18 years and I've been facing severe cramps for past few years and I can't even stand or sit properly....i keep rolling on bed and can't stop crying for hours and end up taking a pain killer .....and after all this i just sleep bcz my eyes get red and heavy and i don't have enough energy to do anything after that.
When i told my mother about this she said "everyone experience this , you're not alone" .... I've never seen anyone crying or rolling on bed like this.....normal women just chill with thier hot bag on stomach and watch Netflix....or maximum cry. But what about me I can't even sit or stand or walk .....i feels like someone is pulling my pelvic floor skin very tightly or it feels like someone is continuously punching very hard .....still handing this pain and first 2 days of my periods every month haunts me and my mother still don't understand

Physical sunscreen is actually more efficient though it’s not possible to cover your face all the time. Hence, sunscreen. ❤❤❤❤
