I bought this bike for 3 reasons
1) One of the lightest bikes in the 160cc segment ( next to Yamaha FZ)
2) It has a kick ( not many bikes in the 160cc segment have this)
3) Design and features (looks futuristic)
Agree this bike has low power compared to Pulsar and Apache, but still it's pretty fun to ride, especially in the city.
Had my first servicing and till now it's giving me mileage of 52kmpl (city and highway combined)
How was your experience with this bike till now faced any problems With the bike ?

Everyone on the RUclips praises this bike a lot, although for some reason the bike is spotted rarely on the roads.... I live in Bengaluru and here I mostly see FZ, Apache, and pulsars in 150-160 bike segments. Till now, only once I have seen this bike on the road in 3months
True bro, I too am sceptical, if it's so good why isn't it sold more. But I see a lot of xpulse for sure.

That is an actual problem with Indian market. It's very difficult to change people's mind and sometimes you can't do it with a good product. There always will be some lame illogical excuse. Where I live, ask any mechanic which bike should one purchase he will suggest you Pulsar 150dtsi no 180 or 220 or ns just 150 dtsi(platina or super splander if you ask for lower capacity bike). They will except Yamaha and TVS are making good bikes but never suggest you to get one and the reason is bjaj offers cheaper spear parts. As per my experience bjaj products needs spears more often.
It depends on city to city as well. I live in a relatively small town and semi-rural area and this bike is selling relatively in good numbers here. I think people particularly in remote areas trust Hero more as most of us learned motorcycling on a Splendor.
It's design is ugly with bad color screens and meter is also ugly
Ok first time in your video i have seen no disadvantages for the bike, and video seemed more like an ad than a review. Hope you keep your raw review style intact and not commit to the corporations for paid reviews.

last time when he made a review on ronin and he had listed some cons in his opinion people jumped on him and said that he was paid by other companies and was making defamatory statements for the ronin or that he is angry because they didn't call him for the opening. When he makes a video where he praises the bike then also people have issues and saying he is paid by the company to say good things. cant win either way
@@kkdias9924 I understand the no win situation. But his raw reviews is what made me and hopefully a lot of people his big fans. I bought my scooter after watching his video. And yes maybe for Ronin video there were many TVS fans that were upset but I'm coming from being SR motorworld's fan.

Actually this bike is superb in its segment….and offers a lot in this range….from comfort to power, it stands A1 in all categories . Till now I only faced two issues
1)Rusting on Some Screws and Bolts
2)Hero Should Provide basic things with bikes….not by selling in the form of accessories (eg-saree step, tyre hugger)
Great looks, best lights, great mileage, great power, fun to ride.

Bro which bike would you recommend in the price range of 1.2-1.6L, I need atleast 42+ mileage for city commuting purpose and occasional weekend trips(400-500KM), cruising speed of 80-90 without too much vibration. Reliable in the long run and not too much maintenance cost.
Currently I have these in mind,
TVS - Raider 125cc, Apache RTR 160 4V, service cost and spare part issue I have seen in reviews, braking problem in both bikes.
Bajaj - Pulsar N160, overall good but new bike hence not much data on issues.
Hero - Xtreme 160r, Pillion seat uncomfortable, gear shifting problem, this is what I have seen in user reviews.
Yamaha - FZS, I don't have idea regarding issues but power and mileage both are low compared to others in the segment.
Honda - SP125, Unicorn, features wise outdated and I hear gear shifting issues are there and these are overpriced
Suzuki - Gixxer 155 - overpriced, not so comfortable.
Any suggestions which to buy?
I have xtreme 160r, pillion seat is not that much uncomfortable. I don't face any gear problem in my bike. Accerlation is superb, stability is awesome. I took a test ride of apache 1604v, that bike is long and less turning radius, no kick option, but more comfortable riding. Fz is underpowered. I would recommend you to take test ride of xtreme and apache, then decide.
Currently you can't go wrong with any 150-160 products available in market. Except Xtreme every product is tested. And here you are complaining about almost every bike. Don't listen to people who first abuse there vehicle and than complaint about issues. If you push your vehicle to limits every time you ride it every product will be maintenance hungry.

Engine cawl hi problem hai seat sahi hai. Aise to gixxer, n160 aur mt ki seat bhi upar uthi hui hai.

Full feature loaded. But engine is not that much reliable of hero
Nothing like that. Already done 48000 kms with Xtreme 160R without any issues. Still felt like new,same smoothness, vibe free as well as peppy. Just keep feeding good quality engine oil & air filter and this engine will happily hit 1 Lakh kms mark.

@@ronitdutta5871 mein Cuttack, Odisha se hoon. Maine November 2020 mein purchase kiya tha. Abhi tak gaadi approx 48000 km chal chuki hai. Sirf ek baar battery ki problem hua tha jo ki under warranty replace ho gaya tha. Aur koi dikkat nehin hai. Pillion seat bahat jyada comfortable nehin hai lekin chote mote kaam nikal jayega. Achha quality ka synthetic engine oil use karna hoga baaki jyada koi maintenance hai nehin. Long tour bhi aram se kar sakte ho. Mein Vizag, Hyderabad ka 7-8 tour kar chuka hoon.
Ye showroom wale speedometer cable hatake dete hein review keliye.. Jis bichare ko ye gadi milegi wo pareshan hoga... Aap bhi bhai 0-60 keliye wire connect kie Or phir hatadie
Bro this bike isn't the fastest acceleration bike in this segment ..but its MT 15 V2 it reaches 0 to 60 in 3.8 seconds...and mt 15 v2 is the fastest bike in all ways in this segment only the exception is R15 M that too in long run not in initials...

गाडी में हेड लँम्प लाईट उतनी अच्छी नही है और इंजीनगार्ड नही दिया है । मेरा व्यक्तिगत यह मानना है की इंजीन गार्ड का छोडिये रात की visibility लाईट के कारण उतनी अच्छी नही रहती इस लिए मैं ये बाईक नही लुंगा । पल्सर N 160 के साथ मै जाऊंगा ।
Halogen me road jyada bright dikhati hai as compared to LED. Shayad light ka throw thoda kam hai. But mujhe dikh jaati hai road. Koi problem nhi hai

Apache always better then Xtreme
In my opinion both are good bikes. Xtreme's advantage is its low maintainence cost and better mileage because of its 2 v engine. And in Apache its is power and speed because of its 4v engine.
But nobody can drive a bike for more than 50km/hr in city. And both bikes are not that good for touring so xtreme is excellent for city purposes
@@sumitbhowmik12 bro apache 4v ke owners hi jaante h uski maintenance ka issues. Mere frnd ke pas apache 160 4V h har bar 900-1000rs ka service bill banta uska aur 5th service ho chuki h fir bhi mileage 40-42 kmpl milta usse.
On other hand meri stealth latest me 1st service ke bad mileage 55-60kmpl aa raha 🤣 aur service cost 390rs pada. Yelog youtube pe top end dekh kr fantasise hote bas 🤣

I own an white Xtreme, bought it last year after launch, most of my friends have apaches, writing this review from experience.
@@shailajanandanrath7991 yeah as a owner of Apache i personally like xtream too it feels lighter and as you said the suspension is lot comfortable then Apache...even when I about to bought Apache i test rode the xtream back in 2020, i just fell in love with the smooth engine, suspension etc the only thing that stopped me to buy it was the rear seat...
