If you’re planing to surf year round you honestly could have three wetsuits:hoodless 4/3 for the warmer summer days,hooded 4/3 for fall and a 5/4 for winter. A 5/4/3 is probably a good all around wetsuit for Washington that you could use all year but there definitely will be some days in the summer where you might feel a little toasty and some days in the winter where you might feel a little cold.
