Thank you So much. My dad used to play this when I was little up to age 6. And then he passed away. I was missing him this morning, I woke suddenly here at 440am in California and here you uploaded this. Perhaps it is support for me from heaven. I’m stunned by the clarity - I never thought evenness and clean harmony would fit this piece so well. All the frantic and muddy performances by great pianists now seem like counterproductive attempts to add emotion. I’m confident Chopin never played or heard it so cleanly, and it makes me wonder what he would have thought. In fact, I wonder what many of the great composers would have done with a resonance pedal.

CLEARITY is the one word I can say after watching this video. I heard so many scherzos but paul plays very easily and clearly and sounds everys single notes.
I don't understand how you're not famous like Lang Lang or many others

Such strange sounds at times. I presume from this extra pedal. It adds nothing and takes away so much. It is just plain strange and ruins the performance. I cannot see the pedal thing catching on!
