Personally I would place Rive Gauche PH over Gucci PH, but great list. I would love to see a list based on specific notes. I'd love to see a niche list as well.
IMHO a better 2004 pick would have been OG Armani Code EDT. Very unique and ahead of its time. Citrus, Star Anise, Olive Blossom, Leather, Tonka Bean and Tobacco 💯. Still love the OG to this day.

Great video, Max. I remember many years ago Envy won a whole bunch of awards on Basenotes. Basically everyone from newbies like myself (well, at the time) to the most dyed-in-the-wool old school aficionados loved the stuff. My now wife wore the women's version as her signature scent. So would love to see that come back. Also, I owe you a special thanks for getting me into Givenchy's Insense (originally came out when I was maybe 15) and Kenzo Power (was a fan of the brand but someone missed that one at the time.) Saw them pop up out of nowhere on discounters, had to have them, was not disappointed. Would also love to see a part 2 and also a niche video. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic video Max! I have been wearing Platinum Egoiste for almost for almost 15 years its a fantastic modern fougere alongside the timeless Dolce and Gabbana pour Homme. Dior Dune is a hidden gem. I usually rock mens fragnaces that give me vibe of a fougere type like Armani pour Homme and Tuscany Aramis. Lets not forget the two kings of fougere for me Azzaro pour Homme and Rabbane pour Homme.

Burberry Hero Edp and Tom Ford Ébene Fume is a standout for the winter

Dior eau de sauvage is in my top ten and if I had to have a signature fragrance this would be it. Never smelled the cuir version and if I didn't already have to many frags I would spend $200 on eBay to buy it.
Dior Homme Original is the best in this list.
Prada LHomme is an omitted masterpiece.

Bentley for men Absolute is absolutely similar to Gucci Pour Homme and done by the same Nose! Maybe he wasn't pleased with the discontinuation of his creation? But 2003 goes to YSL Rive Gauche!
