Keep these great 10-12 minute videos coming! Love using Foundation Training to help me overcome my herniated back issues, neuropathy, etc!

@@crownatorsame! How long did it take you to see results?

    • @crownator

@anime-nn9kl, it’s hard to say since it was gradual improvement but I try to incorporate elements of FT training throughout the day when I’m standing, sitting or even driving.

Great job! Great cues and helpful demos. Foundation training is powerful and the people who benefit the most are those who really tune in and connect to what they are directing their body to do. I love the intention-based concept of the program. For anyone who has a regular strength training practice (and that should be everyone in my opinion) applying foundation training principles to every rep will create results that are 🤯! Thank you!

This 63 year old lady is huffing and puffing - good workout. The squats at the end are what really felt good. My left hip was popping each time I came up.

Love these but with lunges in particular I think it would be more helpful with more of a side view as it’s kinda hard to see how much to bend knees and proper depth.

agree with others that another angle for lunges would be helpful. as well, you say right leg steps back and left hand goes forward, yet that's not what you all do. in the beginning you say to step wide and parallel outsides of feet which makes toes go outward, but if you parallel them that is not what the toes do. they point straight and more inward a bit. if anyone reads this an updated vid would be so appreciated!

He's a fitness coach showing where you should feel the burn and how the movement should travel through your body. I found it helpful. Why do you feel the need to project your insecurities? Girls will do anything but go to therapy
