    • @Yikes_YT
      @Yikes_YT 7 лет назад +5

      It would cost SOME money, sure, but... BILLIONS? You sure about that? It's a simple system, DEFINITELY nowhere near BILLIONS, even for a city scaled as large as Moscow

    • @scslre
      @scslre 7 лет назад +3

      Svanzscape clarification: i was actually thinking of the entire country when i said that.
      the materials and labour required to erect several automatic bollards at the beginning and end of every segment of driveable footpath in (just) Moscow would probably be pretty expensive. but yes, as far as actual numbers go, i have no idea.

    • @Yikes_YT
      @Yikes_YT 7 лет назад

      Lamb Chop In such plans, the initial installation, planning, testing and the proposals cost the most. In project plans, they usually try to aim for the cheapest options, and seeing as this is just to prevent a car from going on a footpath, I don't think you'll need an extremely expensive system. But, if you're thinking of doing it for the whole of Russia, then yeah. Most of the money will go into labor and paying employees, plus making additions and such plans for the city will cause A LOT of roadwork problems and traffic jams.
      It would be smarter to only do it for Moscow, as that is where most of the overpopulation or just an exceeding amount of cars is located. Either cases, it wouldn't be worth it, unless you do it just for the most popular pathways and streets.
      Even then, the city's overall look will be damaged, depending on how the roadblocks will look.
      Another proposal would be to put just concrete road blocks in the middle, but then motorbikes will still be able to access it, and police/ambulance/firefighters won't be, which was your main concern.
      Conclusion - not worth it and my comment was too long. There is a law for it already, they might just increase the fine for it, but other than that, meh.

    What does having kids have to do with being stupid or ignorant, what does having car have to do with obeying or not obeying law? Socialism really had a huge impact its all about who owns and has what so sad to what has once great motherland turned into.
    Man is measured by the car and what he has not what he does.

    In Germany there often are campaigns where pupils are talking with the car drivers after they got stopped by police. It's more effective when a little kid asked the driver why he is driving on a sidewalk at their school. I think the drivers would be less aggressive.

    I lived near a kinder garden not far from Stuttgart for a while ... nearly the same ... every time I walked by I was nearly run over by a very fast going mom or dad bringing their children to the kinder garden ... also in Germany they love to going too fast at (supermarket) parking places ... If I should die in traffic it will happen cause an idiot run me over in an "people area" not when I am going fast on the Autobahn ... p.s.: go on with your good work :) It is not a Russian problem only. In this f*** pseudo "we love all" PC world a lot of people acting more and more reckless in real. Talking PC acting like assholes ...

      Hi Sebastian, I agree. It's a Human problem. also in Italy there is it. It's a shame of course, that means our society develop rapdily without a respect of civil rights.
      Think about people who throw rabbish in the countryside, and they know there is a service who takes care of it. People nowdays doesn't care about respect.
      And I hope to see more videos not only in Russia but also in our nations.

    I can't blame the drivers for driving in wrong places. If you're going to place sidewalks that resemble the road beside them, it'd be smart to place poles to designate the beginning and ending of a sidewalk so people don't get confused.
    Like this, for instance: previews.123rf.com/images/hemvala/hemvala1506/hemvala150600016/41490715-Steel-pole-to-obstruct-the-running-of-the-car-on-the-sidewalk--Stock-Photo.jpg
    Is it that hard for the authorities to figure this out?

    • @sighisoaraa
      @sighisoaraa 7 лет назад +1

      I don't think that it's in the authorities interest to make sidewalks safer for people. There's no profit in it.
