I like your earbuds a lot. I had the Air Executives and got these in the video when I earbud went out. I noticed the mic quality is not good on the EpicAir ANC? Why is that? I dowloaded the app for the update and the app keeps crashing. Why does the app constantly crash? Will there be an update to the app to fix this?
How do these compare to the ally plus ii? I have had them for a few days and they are hurting me, even after trying the different tips. I was considering these jlabs as a replacement.

it looks like the cable is attached to the case itself. you just pull out the usb a portion of the cable out from the case and plug it into a charging block into the wall
I have Jabra and Sony earbuds and also this one. The JLab sound us rather tight and I'd say below the sound quality of the the two. But the value proposition of the Jlab is great especially if you are on a budget. The wireless charging is a plus. Right now this model is my go to TWS earbuds in spite of its (slightly) lower sound quality,.

I really want to keep these headphones but my ears hurt after only 10 minutes of using these. I've never used a pair of earbuds that hurt my ears almost right away like these do. Only one other youtuber mentioned this and I wish I had seen his video before I dropped 70 dollars on these.

Can be use on stereo or mono mode? confirm there isn't any back tracks control on the manual list you shown? As for the app, customise controls can be customise on all types of hold/taps functions? Any Aptx/AAC/SBC Codec? Please advise. Thanks.
I’ve been using the liberty air 2s exclusively for about 6 months. They sound really great, great call quality, but I can never get them to stay in my ears no matter what ear tips I use

Hi Brian. u have the experience therefore I want ask whether they are much more better than TRANYA earbuds from sound or not.
So in comparison to Tranya earbuds, I feel that Tranya will fall on a warmer sound signature and come in more boosted.
