- I travelled to Dubai, United Arab Emirates last month of August 2022 and took the chance to visit Musandam one of the beautiful, amazing and exciting tourist destination here in Oman that easily access by tourist or resident of Dubai as it is just located in the boarder of UAE and Oman.
In this video, I will take you to Musandam, Oman labelled as "Norway of Arabia", we book this tour package from Musandam Tourism LLC as package that includes some water sports activities like swimming, snorkeeling, speedboad riding, banana boat riding, kayaking, fishing, dolphine watching, etc. This is one of the vest escapte trip to Musandam from Dubai.
The Musandam region, separated from the rest of Oman by the United Arab Emirates, is the northern most part of the Sultanate. The dramatic Musandam peninsula is perhaps one of the most scenically spectacular area in the Gulf. These spectacular fjords have given the area a second name "The Norway of Arabia”.
The peninsula is mainly inhabited by the Shihuh, who are fishermen and herdsmen and are probably descended from the original inhabitants of northern Oman. Fishing is the peninsula's main industry with packing plants at al-Khasab and Bay'ah. Transportation is mostly by sea, since no roads cross the forbidding terrain.
Musandam - Khasab is very close to United Arab Emirates and easily access able by road for guest from United Arab Emirates. Musandam - Khasab makes it very unique because of Spectacular Fjords, Natural dolphin, Coastal view, Tallest Mountain, Historical Telegraph & Seebi Island, bedouin villages in the Fjords & in the mountains.

Thanks for watching my video. I guess only private care hired vehicles. Im not sure if there is bus from dubai to dibba as well, from dibba port you need to ride dhow or from dibba some people has their own motor bikes amd 4x4 car travel by land to musandam.

How was the weather in August
Generally weather in Oman for the month of August is hot as it is summer time also. But Musandam is in boarder of UAE, it might be hot too and windy time is unpredictable as climate not stable but it is usually windy.

I think no passport stamping. Only passport presentstion and verification againts your visa.
filipino with uae residence, do we need oman visa? are we getting exit stamp in uae and entry stamp of oman if we go to musandam?
Before yes, but recently All UAE residents can get a visa on arrival to Oman. Your UAE residency visa must be valid for the next three months or longer. Just need your passport to be stamp in boarder or airport during traveling.
