Travel requirements from Dubai (UAE) to Oman by road
Get Exit papers from Ras Al Khaima Border. Charges AED 35 per head
Oman tourist visa (obtained online or at the border, subject to nationality).AED 50 per head
Passport should be valid at least 3 months
Car registration (mulkiya), car insurance in Oman-orange card.
NOC certificate for the rental car or if you are driving a borrowed car.

Hi. Where did you take insurance for car? How much it costs?

In the border itself where you are taking visa, there is one additional counter for insurance. To avoid delay you can take it in advance from the same insurance company where you took the normal car insurance

As per rule we have to submit NOC from the bank. Few years back we travelled with mortgage car but they didn’t ask anything
