Waqf board should be abolished
Sir Waqf board will issue some dummy documents against your property. It will take years to prove documents are invalid. Then they will come with new set of documents. I am suffering from this. They have lots of advocates work for waqf board in the name of religion and we (Hindus) have to pay thousands of rupees to the advocates for every hearing. This is harsh reality.
Go to polling booth on appointed date and "post your protest" there. And help others to do the same.

In my opinion, aa per art 13 of IC, all muslim related law are void. As such, application of power under art 368 of IC by parliament, in making all muslim laws, collectively, stands vague.
Cherry on cake is there is also an Association of Save Waqf Properties (ASWP) in various states like WB and Telangana which is backed by higher powers so that any waqf properties that were returned can still be taken back by Waqf. This comedy just never stops.
They are achieving their objective of Ghazwa-e-Hind thru the WAQF board ! Thanks to the great Gandhi Parivar and the Congress Party !

Yes one of the 1st actions in BJP 3rd term to bring cancel the waqf board .. but when they approach SC one has to see what SC views are on this.... They many come.back and strike down the order..
It still baffles me to this day, that this Waqf act was passed in Independent India and that too in a land where Hindus are majority. PV Narasimha Rao has done the greatest betrayal to this land and it's future. There is nothing more insulting to our ancestor's than this act and it's provisions. The only solution is scrapping this and strictest punishment to all land owners who grabbed the properties under this act.

President of india, PM, all governors, CMs as much as possible renowned advocates should ask supreme court about the utility and significance of art 13 of IC. thereafter, other fundamental rights be taken into account, in the light/essence of part-4 of IC, i.e. directive principles part.
Doing work is not sufficient, basic foundation of the works is much more important to give it a sustainable nature to protect democracy consistently. Does sc know it ?
