Bee Gees wrote this song last minute for Diana Ross. The album was nearly finished but she wanted something extra special. The boys came up with revisiting her early career and combining it with an 80s sound. Still brilliantly refreshing to hear. The Gibbs were singing backup, cleverly represented by 3 black singers in the background. One of her biggest hits. There's never going to be a talented and more humble group than the Bee Gees!
Yeah, a sensational song and video!! A really beautiful one to check out is "Your Love" Recorded in 1993 for the box set collection. One of my favorites.
One of my all time favourite 80s song. While Chain Reaction didn’t do well in the US, it was a MASSIVE hit here in Australia, staying at #1 for a couple of months and becoming the best selling single of 1986.
@@bettyartis3648 I forgot Warm Ride! Thanks for reminding me. You've blown my cover. My mom almost didn't let me get Main Course because of the cover art. I pleaded and said come on mom, its the Bee Gees, how raunchy can it be? 🤣🤣 I think I was 15 or so. I wore that album out.🥰
The Bee Gees wrote the whole album. Barry Gibb and Michael Jackson sing on the song Eaten Alive. Diana Ross always a power house, class act. Cannot go wrong with any of her songs.
It sounds good & fresh ! Congrats to the bee-gees for this gem ❤ And the video is fine revisiting her supremes days, then her disco era. And then the 80's. Smartly done 👍
Hey Cuzn glad to see you back.yes we know it's a Bee Gees song but in this video it's all about ms Ross..checkout the video YOUR LOVE and In the ones you love.. love you Patrick.. the Bee Gees changed the song and made it to sound like their influence MOTOWN.. OHH checkout ms Ross singing Do you Know Where You Going To in Paris in a sequined red jumpsuit in the 70s she looks amazing

Yes, the Bee Gees on the background.
Written by the BeeGees.. my favorites.
Mine too. Loved them since 1967 when I heard them on the radio at 7 years old.
My favourite Diana Ross song! If you love The Bee Gees, then you love this song! Always puts me in a happier mood when I listen to this :)

The Bee Gees also wrote and sing back up on Dionne Warwick's " Heart breaker ".
I do believe this is the most raunchy tune penned by the Brothers Gibb. :) Yes, that was Barry in the background.
Warm Ride was pretty hot. Anything penned specifically by Maurice had fair bit of sex appeal too.

@@LillyMarz777 Main Course was and is perfection. Once a fan, forever a fan!
Check out the song and Video "Take Me Higher " you'll love it !
Please react to The Supremes classic song's " You keep me hangin on"... and by the way there's nothing cheesy about this woman ! NOTHING !
Please do a reaction to Diana Ross at Bill Clinton Inauguration, singing God Bless America. She blew the door down at the Capital Powerful Vocals.
bee gees paying the price of love
This song has a very Motown vibe❤
