THANK YOU, CANYON for showcasing a trail that is approachable for so many of us! This is so important to not only talk about, but also to showcase. Us newbies thank you for this!!!
Did I hear her right? She started a group ride that's exclusive to black indigenous or people of color. Are white people allowed to ride? Imagine going out to a group ride and you get there and you're told you can go on that group ride because of your skin color. That's a textbook example of racism. I hope all races would be welcomed on a group ride because I've never seen a trail or a bike discriminate against a race of people.
I didn't pick any of the trails we rode throughout the series, but it's important to remember that for someone newer to the sport, Marshall Mesa is not boring at all. That is the message Brooke was trying to send.
MM is also the most accessible trails in Boulder for beginners, and this video seems aimed more at promoting accessibility for new riders. You're certainly not going to take a new rider to Hall Ranch or Left Hand, unless you want them to leave in an ambulance or walk the whole way.
@@spencerimre Left Hand was blown up in 2016 haha. If anything it's help spur new trail builds out there, and given the ambiguous status of LH these are all properly hard trails built without any involvement from IMBA

This was absolutely beautiful to watch. What a great idea!
Hats off to Ryan and Canyon. Excellent series. More of this please.
Fun series! Love me some Rollins Pass and Boulder County trails and dirt roads.
What a great series! Really got me excited to try some new trails this summer.
Great final episode!
How many miles did Ryan end up doing for the week? Looked like fun.
It ended up being over 400. Definitely a week to remember!

Good thing you picked the most boring trails in Boulder to make this episode
Haha I was thinking the same thing
@@LATruckLove good thing though. Last thing the good trails need is to be blown up by an international bike brand
