Nope, Royale Champion is a Th13 hero, which mean level 5 will have a similar performance as level 50 BK/AQ. If you want to see how strong they are, compare max level RC with max level BK/AQ

I love that when RC started the rock music kicked in, but to be fair since her max level is so low and since she's a th13 troop even her level 1 needs to make a dent and be useful, so of course her level 1 sweeps.
