It’s indeed absolutely overpriced ! 150 k€ for a house with almost no land that needs at least 40k€ to be renovated inside and outside.the Portuguese marked is totally unreasonable. Ask the Portuguese what they really think about this, no those who sale but those who would like to buy. They already are pushed outside the main cities and now the countrysides even the isolated ones, thanks to many foreigners (English mainly). Fortunately, the Portuguese government starts thinking it’s time to stop this nonsense according to the locals difficulties to buy.
