i just realized: pizzaface probably didn't reveal his "death ray peppino's entire workplace for no reason" plan to any of his floor bosses. for all pepperman knows, peppino really is just a monster that's destroying the tower level by level for no reason at all
The noise is peppino's rival so he'd fight him regardless
The vigilante thinks of peppino as an outlaw, which isn't too far from the truth considering the numerous innocent cheeselimes he killed
Pepperman is either just really egotistical, or pizzahead convinced him that peppino thinks his art sucks
Fake peppino's just there to be there and considering more than half of his moves are just friendlier versions of peppino's attacks he probably doesn't even realize he's genuinely hurting peppino
this is actual a cuphead situation instead of the soul contracts it's keys
That’s why he spray painted Pep as a monster on the wall but leaves with him when the tower crumbles lmao

Everything that happens in his fight is a jumpscare, from the sound he makes to the second phase. I like that approach!

the bosses are all in a way where when a new player plays against them its guaranteed for the music to amp up when they enter phase 2 its most evident with boss three (i sound like a nerd)

Honestly, probably my favorite boss in the game.
I really find cute when pepperman gets distracted by peppinos statue artwork, the way he smiles and appreciate and is proud work then go back on fighthing.

Honestly, Pepperman has to be favorite character in Pizza Tower. He likes art, just like me, he has a great personality of a proper artist, and he looks so cool, yet to be the first boss in Pizza tower!
Reminds me of balrog from cave story, I love how much cave story influence I feel in this game.

For me he reminds me a lot of Wario.
I know this boss isn't the hardest but dann is it fun to go back and fight him again. It also helps that the music is a banger

HOW do you consistently hurt him in his fourth attack pattern. Like every 1/5 tries I get it perfect
This fight is very good but it's also so hard i had cuphead flashbacks when trying to beat it.
dude pizza tower is not cuphead level of dificulty
the only problem i have with the bossfight is the bouncy part...
The bounce turns this from a fun fight into an astoundingly irritating fight

I figured it out. Its not so bad once you learn to bait his bounces into going where you want them to.

this battle is literally a reference to wario, pepper man can dash with his shoulder just like wario. and
when you beat him pepper man becomes small like wario in mario land 2

Pepperman has escaped the game and come to the real world. 9 people have died already. Lock your doors at night and call the police if you see any pepper shaped individuals.

When he gets defeated he gets sucked into the picture of himself in the middle of the fight
And those statues would keep coming in the side
And he throws some hot pepper bombs into you just like vigilantes TNT
And he would have 5 health
And enemies will drop from the top of the area
A Knight Pepperman Just like that picture from the right
And a buff Pepperman that will run just like the rats from fastfood saloon and again the left picture of the buff Pepperman
And you'll have to throw the enemies at the picture of Pepperman and he would be defeated
Cause that would been a cool idea
And woulda been a cool long bossfight

It would make more sense if Pepperman was wearing armor, and wielding a lance since his cultivar name is "Red Knight" Pepper.
Having to fight him again in case you don't manage to catch his smaller version at the end is very cheap.

It's weirdly hard, but super easy once you get the hang of it
Once you memorize his movements during each each phase you will know what to do and you’ll be able to whoop him first try every time, and yes on my first play through he was hard as fuck to beat, it took me around 5 tries lol

He's a red bell pepper, not one of the chili peppers that is shaped like a cone. He's the kind of pepper that people usually add as pizza toppings-you can prob find them at the local grocery store. (They come in green and yellow too.)
