i bought a dummy but it is not filled with nothing so i filled in with some old clothes but it doesnot stays the same as yours, so can you tell me please how did you filled in yours ? Thankss
Dudes a destroyer, very interesting striking style with those quick straight punches - I seen a fight scene before where they are used.. I cannot quite remember which movie as I only seen the clip; but either way looks legit to me

@martial Dominace. Thanks , yea this was my beginner time in groundfighting also i did matial arts since i am 4 . but now i hope i´m much more advanced on the ground to ;-) . On this kind of warm ups , ground moves and so on i will do make some new videos on my cannel here ;-) !
