@@Jay_Rule I didn't realize that was a option an I deleted the video cause I knew the issue an didn't wanna upset RUclips more by fighting the issue..few questions hopefully u have answers on...now that it happened..says i get to reapply in 90 days...I deleted that video..was the only video that had that symbol on it...I was monitized an that video was 11 months old ..wasn't a new video...an i never pushed the button to put ads in it...sorry for this long rant...my thoughts are now is i have other copyright videos...but never hit the ad button on those ...I got idk 200-300 videos...say 20 have a copyright...should i even delete those videos...i make music an make gamin content...those videos matter to me an they monitized me with those there...wasnt til few days ago this happened...still learnin an take any advice u might have on all this
It depends on what reason they flagged you with that led to demonetization. Was it reused content or too much copyright material? @@LMRLBI

I assume until it can get monetized or if you get 3 strikes then it's game over
I haven’t seen a limit on reapplying, but once you’re approved again there may be a limit on getting demonetized again so be careful with that part.
They didn’t accept my channel for monetization they said I can reapply September 15 will it works ? 😢😢

Are all of the videos on your channel your videos? If not, what exactly did you change to the videos? I'm guessing you got hit with reused content.

@@Jay_Rule If I delete those videos, re-edit videos and put them in a Vlog form instead of having commentary videos, playing back to back, that’s not my original content and it doesn’t add value so will they Monetized me if I do it like that ?
I literally had the same problem happen to me 2 days ago. I was confused because I only use memes in my content and sometimes short clips from anime shows but rarely, and yet the robot doesn’t copyright my videos.
My questions are if I make the videos that I believe went against their guidelines private, will they reject me if I reapply because I didn’t delete them? And also since they demonetized my channel, will I receive the payment for this month into my adsense or do I have to wait till my channel is monetized again?
I think their detection software will still recognize the videos when set to private with reused content. It's best to remove them to prevent future detection. Yes, the payment will be back to normal when approved again. You don't lose the money you gain during the time you are demonetized.

You're going through the same emotions as me. Just have to weed out the bad videos in order to get your channel monetized again as RUclips is becoming stricter by the minute.

They will send you the money when you have reapplied and approved again for monetization. They will pay what they owe you but the difficult task is to determine which videos is causing the demonetization.

I changed my niche on RUclips and I got demonetized for that same reason “reused content” I didn’t reused any content I appealed it but I got denied, I’m wondering if I’ll get monetized again if I keep uploading and reapply later on
Changing the RUclips category say from entertainment to science & technology will not affect this. It's most likely you've reused somebody's videos without adding originality. Tweet @teamyoutube for help.

What happens to the revenue you've accumulated if the channel gets demonetized? Will it be back after reapplying and getting approved?
Yes, you get paid those when your channel is approved again

I was demonitized, I reapplied then i was successful to get back in the partner program. RUclips owed me $500 and did not move it to adsense before, even now that im in the partner program my previous $500 wasnt updated to adsense, can the $500 from before still be updated to adsense?
They will pay you in the next billing cycle.

No. You have to reapply again because demonetization means you are no longer approved for Adsense.

Wow! It will still take 30 days for the button to approve and another 3-5 days for RUclips to check your channel. You still have to meet the YT guideline of 1000 subs and 4000 annual watch time to get monetized. Good luck!

I got demonetize for a video that had (offence languages) I got a warning but no stikes. I was able to appeal against it but I delete it before the appeal. This happened on February 19th 2020 i read the yt rule guide they say it takes 1 month to apply for the youtube partnership program. Would I get it back, help🖐

Same thing happen to me with my own game plays that I recorded, That I edited, That I uploaded. How is my own content reused content of someone else's video when it's MY VIDEO THAT I CREATED MYSELF? I smell a class action lawsuit against Google for these false reused content claims.
I think it's a robot reviewer thinking it looks very similar to other gaming content.

I thought Adsense has been disabled in 2021. You just check on your RUclips Analytics under revenue.

RUclips is tracking down video compilations because technically they are reusing a bunch of other people's work so unless you are analyzing or doing a study about it then they will most likely be flagged. You can always tweet @teamyoutube for their advice.

Did the money you earned before got back after they approved it?
Yes. Once approved for monetization again, the funds that you have in the previous month that is over $100 will be deposited into your banking just like before.

My channel got demonetized last week and i think someone report my channel thats y i got demonetized, My channel got demonetized even my all videos doesnt have a copyright claim.
I did remove the copyrighted videos which was labeled as reused content. If someone reports your video you would've received a complaint email from RUclips. What was the reason for demonetization when you go to that window.

Hello, we both have the same issue. RUclips claims that I'm no longer eligible for monetization due to reused content, possibly as a result of my short films from back then. I tried to appeal this decision but was unsuccessful, so I'm now waiting for December 28 to reapply. I made the decision to remove all of the short videos I had uploaded, but the videos that were left were all originals in which I appeared. Do you think I can still pass and be a partner with RUclips again? Also, do you have any tips or advice I should take into consideration when reapplying? This is too much, I know. but I don't know who ask about this :( I hope you can notice this
It sounds like you have done the necessary steps to get monetized again. It seems like every year RUclips is coming up with guidelines and restrictions to make it more difficult for RUclipsrs. I honestly think that is the plan to pay less, especially to smaller channels under 100K or 1 million subs. I think you should be fine.

I had repitative content problem i reapplied today how long will they take to response my channel wasnt monitized already
It will probably take at most a week. Do you meet the 4K hours of annual watch time and 1000 subscribers in order to be monetized?
I was demontized on February 1 of 2017 a few months after the logan paull Japan video that vilated RUclipss content Safety Guidelines. I have copyright videos but i own most of my videos. I received a message from RUclips saying that Due to the New RUclips Partner Program Rules 1,000 subs and 4,000 hours... my channel will no longer be up for montize. 2019 i hit the new RUclips required rules and applied... Then got denied after the month saying Reuse content even though i created lots of game videos. So i cleaned out my copyright id matches and applied again. Got denied again with reuse content again. 2020 on July i applied again and it took less than 24 hours VS 30 days and i was approved

@@indigosvnstreams8237 unfortunately RUclips and there unexpected surprise in changing so much the past few years.... Yes you still are required to have 1,000 followers (subs). And 4,000 hours of watch time...... that's 240,000 minutes
At least 12 hours a day 7 days a week for the whole 365 days the lowest. So yeah even though it's really unfair for the creaters who's want to follow RUclips and there rules and had a great relationship with RUclips and haven't been getting into major ishues. RUclips will still close us out.
And with the New reused content rules even if you have been getting permission..... you have to delete those videos too.... even after you worked hard on getting the permission to use something you still have to delete it now.
RUclips still allows far use rights.
But if you're like me and want to be payed on RUclips you're going to have to obay RUclips to the T whatever they say...goes.
In my case if I'm still going to use other content like Rio.... I have to add my own creations to it. Even though I have been doing that before my older videos must have been a ishue even though I gotten permission to use some Rio related contact by fox, as they dismissed copyright claims. Sadly you still have to remove those as well now.
Even though I have created my own things if you're a RUclips channel that is going to reuse content you didn't make changes too then your not partner approved. And I agree with the rules and understand it's fair. But what is not fair is not knowing that you need to fix something before getting booted temporary out of the program where you could get messages like a warning before getting a strick.
You're just removed without not even knowing that you should make changes.
But it is what it is you wanna make money you gotta keep going.... and maybe you will in the future

No. You just have to fix your problem videos until your channel is approved again while in the meantime not getting 3 strikes.
Jay..so will I get paid out the revenue prior to the demonetization? Example. If I got demonetized Dec 3rd, will I get paid for the revenue in the month of Nov? It’s mid month and I don’t see the revenue in Adsense for Nov! Also, will I receive the money from the reused content that I made before getting demonetized? When will I get this money?
Yes, they will pay you what they owe you since demonetization. If I remember right, that is also factored into the payment. You get the money assuming you have been approved on the following month.

Hello, I reapply twice... Is there a limitations in re-applying?
I had to apply twice because I got demonetized twice.
I began with computer tutorial videos and was approved for partnership. In the past month, I started uploading game cutscenes from God of War Ragnarok and Marvel's Spider-Man. However, my channel got demonetized yesterday due to reused content. I'm wondering if the shorts about the games are the reason for this?

I think RUclips is cracking down on gaming and reaction channels because now they have revised their guidelines and consider those reused content. @@CJLC07

Hi. I just want to ask if you have received your income before the demonitization of you yt channel?
You only receive it after it's approved for monetization again and if you still meet the 1000 subs and 4000 hours of annual view requirements along with at least $100 threshold.

@@BSANUNONAVlog You will still get paid what is owed to you by RUclips. Removing the reused content makes your channel acceptable within RUclips Guidelines for monetization. As long as you have the reused content, it will not pass their rules and remain demonetized.
I got the same problem I got repetitive contents like bruh How do I do that T^T( All my efforts wasted)

I have gotten a few copyrights, i manage to fix some but one because of how many views I got, but the owner didn't put a impact on my channel. The problem is, i can reapply on June 2, 2023 which is currently today, but it doesn't let me reapply, i was wondering if its because its way to early for the option to be active or I did something wrong.
Give it a day or 2 and it should no longer be grayed out

You just need to maintain 4000 hours of annual watch time along with at least 1000 subs. Good luck bro!

I have been demonetized 3 times now. Delete all the videos with copyrighted material that has more than 20 seconds of fair use.

I've recently been hit for reused content, got rid of videos which didn't comply, but that still didn't help. My chance is coming up again soon, but after changing descriptions of popular videos (in the last 28 days) as well as the About section, I'm still no further forward.
I've watched so many videos about this problem, and RUclips are not helping because you can't actually speak to a human and/or get specific confirmation which video(s) are the problem.

All I can say is you must remove the copyrighted material. I also thought it was fine but ultimately it will cause their detection software to demonetize you in a short while so it's not worth the effort of not getting paid.

What do you mean no monetization? Did you monetize the channel? You only get paid when you monetize your channel and what RUclips owes you during the time of demonetization, they will pay back upon approval.

Yes, your YT amount is on hold until you fix the issue and get monetized again. Once that is approved, and you have more than $100, then it will be paid out.

Do you still meet the minimum 1000 subs and 4000 annual watch time criteria? Allow it one more day if you do meet those.

Do you have another channel? Once your channel is considered good under RUclips's guidelines then they will approve and give the money they owe you.

Is your channel about gaming? It seems like you're using a lot of copyrighted song too. If you deleted the reused videos then you still have to wait. Once the 30 day period is here, then you can tweet @teamyoutube to speed up the process.
