I highly recommend this game it's basically a DnD style party sandbox game. There are 9 "classes" but tbh you can pick any skill from all classes so you can really customize your party and each class has around 20 active/passive skills so you can really mix it up. It's also very customizable cuz you can respec at the town and even the difficulty can be changed for more loot.
Those character names and backstories are great. One of the reasons I love this channel and Splat's content. XD

This game is surprisingly great. I forgot I had bought it, until a Splattercat video awhile back reminded me of the game and I went back to it and got totally absorbed in it. It's quite deeper than I expected and the combat is great! Really cool synergies to be had too!
I love this game, it was probably one of the first splattercat-reviewed games I instantly bought. I really appreciate how many times he's willing to go back and re-review games to see how they're doing during their production

Best multiplayer implementation ever. Really fun with friends, the game let everyone plays its turn at the same time.

Always kind of amusing when a channel changes strategy with the sensational titles to try to get more views. Hated when Blitz(kriegsler if you can get him to admit it, changed during a witch hunt where sounding German was a downside) went pro. The new titles are screaming "click me!". Which is just taking the piss; love you Splat. You're a good dude, and if the title switch is working for you I genuinely hope you get all the money. Cheers
Stolen Realm is a really cool game, I played a ton of it when I first got it but will definitely check back in on it as there are definite changes since I played last. Nice one dude :)

Will... will they? The last time I tried buying potions, the guy was very mean and wouldn't sell them to me. I tried to explain I needed them, very much so!

the magic trees are really awesome and highly flexible depending on what you want. most have a variety of close and far ranged abilities so like i did a fire mage and picked all the fireballs and aoes, but you could take the aoe on self type abilities and make a fire warrior. I did that with a character where I did frost/warrior and made her kind of like my WoW frost DK. she can make an area of cold, frost breath, and channel an area of cold around herself, mixed with warrior abilities that make her tougher and good melee abilities. I have a guy thats just light abiltiies so hes basically a priest, but you could mix light with anything. light/warrior for a paladin. Light/shadow to make a WoW discipline priest. whatever you want.
One of the better implementations of turn-based strategy combat I've seen. The devs really seem to have a handle on what the game is and keep thing focused to make the most of it. While it's not really up my alley, it's easy to see the skill that's gone into it's production.

I'm so so so excited for this. Divinity: Original Sin 1+2 are our favorite co-op games and to have something similar to it, even if only in combat, is just ahh! Yes please. Hope it finds its way to console after EA is over

Such a great game, new additions have been fantastic. Build options have a lot of variety, and gear feels good to get. Multiplayer is well done and flows without too much downtime. Still waiting for some endgame updates, specifically in mission rewards and vendors. Tier 3 is both too easy and too difficult depending on the class and build.
I have no issues with a game having store bought assets, as these are created by people still to be used this way. It's really the same as contract work. The important thing of course is to get it all to fit and not just being a cash-grab asset flip. I wouldn't have known this game had anything of that nature if it wasn't said.
Last time I played this, the end game meta was just clumping enemies as much as possible, throwing barrels on top of them, doing 1 mass CC chain, then 2nd turn blowing up as much as you can with 1 giant barrel nuke.
It got old and boring pretty fast. Hope they fixed/improved or changed things. Otherwise, the game was pretty good. Minus crashing.
@@TrueRandomization Only played FTK1. If the crashes and performance issues in this game have been improved, I would say Stolen Realm over FTK2. Mostly because the customization and strategy are or are potentially much better in SR, and also I personally don't like rogue-likes very much.

Wow this looks great
This game is fun right up until you get into end game content. At that point enemies start getting insane health pools, so so much damage as to make any tank builds obsolete, and summoner builds fall off due to lack of damage and health on summons.
It has serious balance issues in endless mode.
Basically, if you don’t go fire/monk with another character as lightning to buff their crit to 100%, you’re gonna have issues and likely die.
My fire/monk characters are capable of spitting out well over a few million damage in one turn….and some bosses are sitting on almost 10 million hps now, and I’m only on endless level 65. :/
It gets VERY grindy leveling up gear.

I played the crap out of this when it first hit Steam, but stopped due to the damage-sponge bosses. They were just overpowered beyond belief.
I'm sure when it's finished it's going to be amazing, though.

Looks really interesting. I feel there should be friendly fire from ranged characters when you have melee characters adjacent to the enemy and blocking view.
Hidden gem especially with friends. Endgame is a bit rough, balance wise, but the game is still improving 👍
But can you be a necromancer, tho?

Low-poly I think. I have to admit, it’s not my favorite style. I really like pixel art, but low-poly just doesn’t do it for me. To each his own though.
It's the latest dev copout to avoid having to come up with an actual style.

using asset packs is not a bad thing, making a game just cuz u can and not bringing a single idea or gameplay loop should be banned.

Okay a boar that teleports after you hit it makes no sense game wise, or mechanically. Is there any lore to back up tjis bold choice in npc move list? If not take that out, such an annoying game aspect reserved for things like ghosts and ninjae. A boar come on
