Consider me inspired and awed! I'm soooo making a Skyrim inspired alchemist table!!!!!! :D
Ja Nae Yagi that's awesome. I'm so glad you like it.
Great video!
If gluing the glass bead was giving you trouble, maybe drilling a hole to have it sit better could help.
Yes that would have helped a good deal I’m sure.
If you are going to do a lot of modeling with plastic parts, consider using Testors modeling glue. It will slightly melt the plastic to make a very firm bond. However, if you are only going to glue plastics together rarely, the CA glue will work fine too.
Elderos5 thanks for the suggestions. I think I should pick up some model glue in any case. It’s cheap enough and I’m sure I’ll use it.
To help with shaping springs take a small board, wood, nail two or more finishing nails in it as close or far apart as you want. Next stretch out the spring and use a lighter to heat the spring till it looses its... well... spring. Now you can bend/shape it to your desired shape. Just place one end on each nail and take another, or needle nose pliers and push, pull, or slight twist to get a single curve (for pushing or pulling), or open your pliers to a desired width and place on tip on one side and the other tip on the other side of the spring. Twist the pliers till you get the desired S shape in the spring that you want.
What I did was take a 6"x6" piece of plywood and measured out a 1"x1" grid on it and drilled holes, slightly larger then finishing nails, at each corner of the grid so I could place them at different lengths and have multiple parts going at the same time. It also works great for making rope ladders if you do a grid in centimeters instead of inches.
Sean Gere wow very helpful. Those are all fantastic tips.
@@RollforDamageRFD Not a problem at all. I've been making stuff for miniatures for 20 years or so. I'm always happy to help where I can.
why are your popsicle sticks white? they almost look like some type of foam not wood. great video
I get them from the dollar tree. They seem to be similar to all the others I see. I think the brightness is coming from my film lights that wash the color out a bit
Very nice. Subbed.
Glad you enjoyed. Thanks for the sub!
Background music is creepy af
Превосходно! Так и пахнет глубоким средневековьем. Лайк!
Спасибо. Я рад что вам понравилось
Love your work inspired me to make my own
Do you have a website I can get some of those beeds from? Non of my local nor professional crafting stores have them.
Krle Cool most of all the beads in this video were from the dollar tree if you have one. Really any beads could work. If you would like to make your own potion bottles check out my ( bottles, casks and kegs video)
Excellent work! Thank you for sharing how you put it all together. :)
Tina Harmuth thanks for watching!
How did you do the bearskin rug thing looks badass
This was done with card stock as the skin and 3 beads glued together as the head. Then painted.
