This is gorgeous! I would love for you to make a dragon egg. Most all the ones I have seen were made with thumb tacks and I have been looking for something different. This clay shrinks after drying...nit suitable for big sculpture, you can make small figurines and flowers with it

By the way, you had mentioned clay shrinks in the clay diy right? Here you are giving wire support...will the clay not shrink in this case? If clay shrinks it breaks right as there is wire inside..
Please guide me...

Yeah you are so right...normally i avoid using any wire support becoz of this problem...but here i had to because the upper portion is thinner and it was gonna take all the weight of jwellery so wanted it lil more strong....so i used really thin wire...just make sure you cover the wire completely, i mean it should not be at clay level otherwise wire ends could come out after drying...avoid using thick wires.

Using E6000 glue would be best. I let my kids use Elmer's glue and thier stuff falls apart. So now I glue their pieces together.

You mean to stick clay pieces?
Elmer's works best for this clay as the main ingredient of clay recipe is the Elmer's glue itself so it gets bond better....never tried E6000 for this clay....will surely try😊

@@CreativeCatCreations yes. I've never had any luck with Elmer's glue on any craft...or any type of clay. Not sure if it's the climate in live in or what, but it would break off after drying. 🤔 e6000 glue is hard to work with cause its stringy and smells strong, that's why I help my kids with part. But if Elmer's is working for you keep using it...e6000 glue smells toxic. But it will hold a towel rack hook to wood with a soaking wet towel on it. Lol
