It is sujud al tilawah. There are places in the Qur'an where it is marked to make sujud. It's encouraged for the one who reads to make sajdah when it comes.
@SifatAhmed-rg7rr reading Quran or praying, when you arrive in certain ayats you have to do sujood. Check which ayats so you can see how deep these are. Allah uakbar

Ma Sha Allah. What year? I was in Riyadh till ramadan 2018 and was almost regular at this taraweeh (I miss Riyadh so much T_T). From the qirat, it seems 2018 because his recitation for this part is very similar to 2018; but I may be wrong.

I'm guessing you did a Google search. The Sheikh Luhaidan you probably found is a scholar who indeed passed away(May Allah grant him Jannah).
But The Sheikh Luhaidan you are listening to right now is still alive(May Allah grant him good health) and to my knowledge, is an imam at Al Nasser grand mosque in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
