Batter fermentation is not required, but you need to soak Moong dal for overnight and urad dal for atleast 2 hours. Yes I added baking soda. We will surely add Subtitles soon. we are adding subtitles for recent videos do check them :)

Pindi oka puta antha pakkana pettukunte smell bagundadhu andi.... one hour ala pakkana pettukundo antha Kante ekkuva pettukunte bagundadhu andi.... Ivi ravva idli laaga undavu andi meeku kavalante Koddiga vesukovachhu.
