Ok now we absolutely need Aussie mum doing her son's skin care. (because you know how much brake out can happen after putting on makeup, especially when you have sensitive skin)
How I imagine them: Charlotte is a 14-15 year old girl who is suffering from anxiety and motivational issues, she has a couple of friends, gets C in most of her classes and has a bag of lollies in her bag for when she goes to school. Kyle has ADHD and can’t sit still, he is 10-11 and still loves watching kid shows. He get Cs and Bs in his classes Because he is actually really smart. He wants to be some sort of model or a dinosaur when he grows up. His room is normally messy but not to the point that it’s really bad.
I love that this is the story behind the broken blush! Luckily I do have a good relationship with my NRAM (not-rich-aussie-mum), but when I was growing up she worked three jobs and was a single parent to me and my little brother. On top of that, she had really bad anxiety that she's only worked through over the last five years, so she didn't have a lot of time or energy to be super present with us a lot of the time. We have a really good relationship now, and I'm grateful for how hard she worked for us but I often wish I'd had a mum who wasn't as stressed and busy as kid. ,My point being, these videos and the concentrated time that RAM spends with Charlotte and Kyle, are really comforting

I have a wonderful mum, but this kind of quality time isn’t something we would ever really do (partially because she’s not very good at makeup, but also partially because I am not the best at dealing with a lot of physical contact without getting snippy) so I’m so grateful for these videos because they let me have those experiences. I’m also nonbinary and it feels wonderful to have a motherly figure treating me as masculine. Not to mention it’s also really good asmr!

I have a wonderful mum, but this kind of quality time isn’t something we would ever really do (partially because she’s not very good at makeup, but also partially because I am not the best at dealing with a lot of physical contact without getting snippy) so I’m so grateful for these videos because they let me have those experiences. I’m also nonbinary and it feels wonderful to have a motherly figure treating me as masculine. Not to mention it’s also really good asmr!

Yeah i agree, Charlotte gives me 15-17 vibes, Kyle probably 12-15.
There's a tiktok Finn posted, it says that Kyle graduated from primary school not long ago, so I guess he's probably 12. Charlotte is a middle schooler and they don't have a large year gap so she's perhaps 13 or 14:)
