Simply not true, lol. I own three Brownings (A5, Sweet Sixteen, and Silver) and two Berettas (xtrema II and a400). I have sent the A5 and Silver back to Browning twice. The Berettas has never failed, once. I have had the xtrema II for over 5 seasons and have cycled well over 10,000 rounds of various sized shells without a single jam.
If you bought it new please the first 100 rounds use the heavies load you can buy to break into the gun because is new once you done that this gun doesn’t like light rounds so do NOT GO lighter then 32G
This video wasn't the main factor in buying my beretta but a pretty good one, I've owned mine for a 2 years and besides a little paint chipping (barely any) it's been a great gun!
I've thought about buying a Benelli Vinci-I love semiautomatics. I started out with an over-and-under and hated it. It kicked too hard, held only 2 shots, and I always missed with it because of the way I held the gun at a slight angle and shot out of the bottom barrel first. It wasn't until I shot my Dad's Rem 1100 that I found that I loved semiautomatics. It has none of the aforementioned problems and is a joy to shoot. I'll be in the market for a new shotty soon, the 1100's kinda old.
The modified choke works well, I put slugs into a pie plate at 100 yards with the smooth bore barrel and have harvested a couple of nice whitetail bucks with it so far, check out my videos! It is not as accurate as a rifled barrel but not bad. Just don't use the full choke.
I wish you make some tactical parts for this gun like short barrels and pistol grip butt stock it's really awesome gun I bought it and I'm really happy because i put my money on the right gun Thanks beretta for this great shotgun
It's the next best thing. Definitely tangible improvements in the Xtreme Plus vs. the traditional Xtreme. More here: www.beretta.com/en-us/a400-xtreme-plus/
Now this is a Semi Auto Shotgun that I can get behind. Advance recoil tech along with a recoil pad that adsorbs felt recoil so you can fire those heavy hitting 3in" and 3.5 in "Magnum round without getting beat up. Plus a rust proof barrel and receiver. Man I wish Benelli and Remington would do that along with Browning. If the gun wasn't so damn expensive I'd consider getting one.
I’m only 16 but I saved up enough money to buy my first shotgun for waterfowl hunting was Mossberg 835 I still love it it’s a great shot gun but I want to get a longer barrel for it came with a 24 inch barrel that Way too short for waterfowl I would love to get a 28 inch barrel but they’re all sold out I’m kind of regretting my purchase because I spent $500 on the shotgun and I can’t even use it for what I intended to buy it for and it’s too late to return it for another one and I’m going on a goose hunt with some of my friends soon so I’m kind of annoyed
Hi there - a longer barrel, might be better... ...but practise and skill are much more important that the gun itself. Use your Mossberg and enjoy it. You have a lifetime ahead of you to acquire other guns!
Hoping someone has some advice for me. I'm going goose hunting in a few days. I'll be using Kent 3 1/2 bb steel shot. I am unsure on which choke tube to use. There are 3 in the unico case. Please someone help me out I'd really appreciate it. Thanks
The A400 Xtreme is 12 gauge only. Smaller gauges are available in the A400 Xplor.

Just ordered my A400 Xtreme in Mossy Oak Bottomland, after many weeks of research. If it's anything like my 92A1 9mm, I'll be very happy!!
Just bought one Tuesday can't wait to go try it out on some clays!

Every one of our A400 Xtremes comes with an ABS case, regardless of where it was purchased.
Beretta my a 400 extreme barrel has started to swell after the gass block. Is that a common problem? I am verry disspleased with this gun.

Can I use A400 Extreme to shoot Brenneke slugs from it for wild boars and deer hunting? Are there any chokes for Brenneke slugs?
This gun can shoot any rounds that manufacture in the world can make but make sure you use cylinder choke
I will buy one of these some day, guaranteed
did you get yours yet?
Extremely nice design.

can't beat the xtreme and it actually cycles light target load as advertised! found out the hard way that the sx3 3.5" won't.
My 3.5" SX3 cycles 7/8 ounce without problems
Thanks for replaying.
How much better is the Xtreme plus?? I REALLY like that optifade camo but haven't seen it on the plus yet.

Beretta Will the Xtreme plus be available in the Optifade camo.
Idk if you have bought one yet or not but yes i have one in optifade timber
One part of the video says 70% recoil reduction and one part says 60%. I have this gun though and love it.
There is 2 sets of recoil on this gun watch it again where the first and the second recoil are
Beretta, you made the best over under in the world the silver pigeon 5,im 12 and i use it
Can it shoot slugs without me buying the 800$ barrel?
Yes, you can. Just make sure you use an Improved Cylinder or Cylinder choke when shooting slugs through your Xtreme.

I have xplor unico and I think it is very good, my father uses extreme and he thinks thats good
I think you are weak

I love it
I heard that Beretta shotguns have only 1 year warranty, true? I think this is a short period for a high quality shotgun.

Browning make shotguns that cycle faster than berettas, are more reliable. Better engineered, higher quality and are simply better guns.
