My friend Nic fishes the Lagoon every week so I was just following his instructions. Also, If I let the fly sink for even a second it would grab a massive amount of grass because of how shallow it was. Plus, Mosquito Lagoon redfish are the spookiest redfish in Florida due to how much they are fished. But thank you for the tip, I will consider next time I am there.
