      I don't have to blur their faces since this is taken in Public and they are not the subject of the camera (nadaanan lang sila). Facial censorship is only mandatory even in Public if the person is a minor (according to RA 10173), which I do on most of my walktour videos. I also got an approval from the Desk management that I'll be doing a Walktour video of the Hotel, so the staff are already aware that I'm recording.
