This a full timeline of incident in Black Mesa from Half-Life, all expansions and official mods (Only then do they converge with the universe of the Black Mesa incident. Naturally, they were not released by Valve since they are fan projects.) with LD improves & cinsistency fixes for original atmosphere.
This a first syncronized timeline in 9 screens.

I get thw official 4 being in this sync and I completed the field intensity so I get using it as well since it has syncs with Barney story and Shephard story, but why those ywo random scientist stories and the military guy at the bottom right? 😅

its amazing how for a team who made their first big game, they manage to incorporate such a vital event such as the resonant cascade into all of their games. just shows how much the incident really ties up the whole thing.

There are not enough people talking about how horrifying it is to see six cameras go out nearly in unison as the incident begins.
Unfathomably based, props for putting lots of effort into this one! Honestly, I would watch another video about making this one into reality. I bet that you had some kind of an elaborate note system where you were trying to piece all the timelines together. Good work right here!

@@HikaruCh.you heard me my dear what answer do you still desire? they say stuff like it's the size of belgium, or this simply something i half heard and created memory upon. black mesa has it's own tower of babel stretching from sector c anomalous materials to the area seen in decay's last mission, enough machinery to provide power and coolant, enough personal space to have hundreds working and feeding the great cogs. biodome is collection of man made iteration of environments underground, under the Earth's crust. lambda core is a giant altar, a machine connected to every sector by tunnels and train lines, contraption of such kind requires more than space. facility has it's own airport and train depot supplying it over and over, even a newspaper. it is more than just a company, another title within the government's handling of business. day came and everything went to hell, of course they wanted to clean it all off

Damn, I loved it ! I watched it from 0:00 to the end since I played all the mods. My main complaint is that the skies sometimes don't coincide, but there's nothing you can do about that!
Two things I love about this story:
- Barney Calhoun, who gets away with it before anyone else. He's the only success story next to Gordon Freeman.
- Gerald Backman, who misses almost all the events and ends up practically alone in Black Mesa just before the bomb explodes, surrounded by Black Ops and Aliens X.
Man… An entire 8 hours of different half - life games synced up together, from the beginning of Black Mesa, the resonance cascade, and the nuke of Black Mesa, is crazy. I hope we get more like this in the future.

This feel's like i'm watching the 8 in the half hour movie
very good video, but the problem with the hecu was they had only gotten the orders to help rescue the facility, and by the time adrian's osprey (goose-7) was shot down by the mantas it was changed to capture freeman, hence why adrian are friendly to scientists and guards
Jane Doe actually has a longer story with "Half Life: Sum"
Amazing work, but IMO the Half-Life: Decay viewpoint is too compressed (taking just a matter of seconds to transition from the rail-car to the outside, and then from the satellite uplink building to underground again). The soldiers arrive too quickly after the satellite signal is sent to them too. This breaks the immersion.
IMO this is all the result of both characters in Decay not being played simultaneously, which lengthens out the playtime to considerably longer than what it should be. If they are played simultaneously, and Gordon Freeman wakes up a little later too, then these problems will be solved - you'll be able to have more realistic, longer transition intermissions on the Decay viewpoint, and the soldiers can take longer to arrive too; in time for when Gordon Freeman learns from the scientist that soldiers have arrived.

Really interesting that you included both residual point and residual life, since the latter is a result of the former having a time rewind. I'm also interested in knowing why you used HTC rather than Sum, even though the creator says Sum is better.
Sum is a trilogy of HTC modifications, two of which are sequels and take place shortly before Half-Life 2.
I still think Residual Life is much later in the incident than most people place it, at around 5:50:37 you hear the OP4 nuke go off. Or possibly the other Residual Life route's nuke, either way that should put it much later in the incident since at the current placement the nuke'd go off whilst Gordon's still in the Lambda Teleporter room.
Half life Echoes is an excellent mod :)

Would’ve been cool if you also bring up about “Half Life: Echoes”. Basically it’s an attempt to connect between HL1 and HL2. Basically foreshadowing Combine during the events of this game where it shows the Xen Crystal showing types of prophecies like this. Also brings up Epistle 3.
Too bad Echoes is too condensed to be featured in a project like this. It starts somewhere alongside with HL and BS, and ends with the nuke, but the mod itself is shorter than original Half-Life. You'd have to stall like crazy to fit Echoes with the rest of games and mods
Echoes categorically does not fit inside the canon timeline, it very much condences the incident into less than 24 hours rather than 58
I will definitely mention this mod but in a different timeline.

This is too damn well done, inclusion of the other mods that deserve its canonicity too, which I am inclined to play at some point.
Though I want to point out one thing and I wish to know about it. If Shepard's orders were initially unknown to him, why was the objective being stated as "Capture Freeman" the moment the signal was accepted.
Or was it due to the fact that there is a difference in meaning between the words "objective" and "order" and was it based on a different POV?
The fact is that the government knew about the experiment and that Gordon Freeman himself took part in it, so the order was given to shoot at civilians, including Gordon Freeman.
@@LemonShaft_official Shepard never got the order to kill civilians. He has absolutely no idea why he's at Black Mesa or what he's supposed to be doing there. His helicopter gets shot down before his commander has the chance to explain their mission, they make a point of showing at the beginning that nobody in the helicopter except the dude in charge knows why they're there. Shepard's only objective is to survive

Nice of you to put all these points of view together but i don't think Nihilanth died after the Gene Worm. I think Shephard's last adventures against the black ops and race x took place after Gordon killed the baby. It makes more sense this way, because Race X invade en masse the BMRF unhindered by Nihilanth's forces, and you also don't seem to encounter many Xen intelligent enemies besides 2 vortigaunts that were most likely just scouting.
Perhaps it was so.
I can't believe you include the two Residual mods, they are the black sheep/Tiananmen Square of the HL modding scene. As if no one ever acknowledged their existence...well except Tyler of the defuncted VNN make a rant about one of them.
But regardless, think the two are supposed to be somehow looped- I don't know since their story is as vague as FnaF. I was always hoping someone will make a video explaining wtf happen in those two, but this, this is also fine.
The Residual Saga is insane, like the lore is ridiculous. Love them though as weird as they are.
