@JM G actually in most places it's perfectly fine if it's just parking (no riding on the sidewalk tho). I see it all the time and not a single cop has given a shit about it. It's one of those things that arnt legal or illegal.

It’s not illeagle it’s actually preferred bikers park on sidewalks So that A a car can have the spot and B so a car doesn’t turn in to a spot not seeing the bike and destroys the persons bike

Some states, you're allowed to park on the side walk as long as it doesn't block a major section of it.
