Count the # of times, well, this dude says "well" or "quite frankly" ....you, quite frankly, could make it a drinking game! 🤣
I've had mine for quite a while, just before it went from $99 to $119. At $99, it was fine, but $119 is getting up there. Already had multiple batteries, and serves it's purpose quite well at our house. I wish the motor wasn't quiet as obnoxious in it's audible pitch, and that it had a bit more oomph as you said, but it's all fine.
Got one of those a year ago on direct tools. Your review is right on the mark with all it's features and run times with a 4AH battery. It is not a strong vacuum but a good enough suction for general mess. I had lost my ground tool and had to buy a new set of accessories from Direct Tools for cheaper than you get from the Depot. They even got the filter for much cheaper too, and you're right this model is being put on sale a lot recently too, seems they may phase it out. Even have a hard time finding some their older brushed tools as well, you know, collecting tools for fun.
I still use my blue original Ryobi 18V vac. As much as I wanted the new style, I haven't seen any real reason to upgrade. It does a pretty good job
I got this then they announced the link ones
