Johnny knows what it takes to win. After his early elimination as a rookie on the beach all those years ago to now. The man is just a winner.
Duel 1 when he went against Tyler & lost in first elimination then gauntlet 3 when veterans lose first challenge they voted him in which cost the veterans the final.
he lost 1 elimination on a beach, a puzzle which the whole veteran team helped Evan because CT thought Evan was almost as good as he was(CT was).

Cory… Johnny never underestimated you. That’s all in your head. Johnny has even said that if he ever had to have a partner that you’re one of the people he would consider having
Cory thought he played a significant part in getting Johnny thrown in 😂 when he just cowered out trying to protect his stay a little longer from getting thrown in elimination....
Cory has the tools to be a big player in the challenge but he keeps making the same mistakes thinking too short term as opposed to the long term of actually winning the game....

I’m a Paulie HATER. But this season was exactly what Paulie had to do to redeem himself from WotW2. The growth is demonstrable and he’s giving great TV still. Well done bud.
i agree, he wasn't as annoying as previous seasons. But I also think its because Cara wasn't in this season
I agree and also love this elimination because Bananas and Paulie settled things between each other…. One one hand tho I wish it would have been a different match up between I would would’ve liked to see Paulie go further in the game
I think when Cara and him are together they become annoying. He definitely got that humble pie slice from War of the Worlds 2. Him and Cara got rid of their strong players and it backfired on both of them
Everyone says they hate Bananas but always watch him. And he always manages to either win or make it to the finals

The fact that he's overly cocky doesn't help either. I don't see the rest of the cast acting like Bananas. Many of them have huge egos like he does, but double standards/hypocrisy? No that's Bananas all the way.

Honestly I wanted to see this sweet revenge but I also figured Paulie would be around longer given his track record on his first three seasons, what a shame…..
Paulie survived previous seasons because he had the numbers and in elimination he's won 3 out of 7. Had this been a normal MTV Challenge season he could have gone further, but Challenge USA Season 2 is turning into a Battle of the Seasons 2012 for the vets.

These shows are great for character arcs. I thought Paulie was a total douche going into this season; now I’m bummed to see him go and I think he has turned a new leaf. He was at a disadvantage in the matchup; but still managed to put up a hell of a fight, so good on him. Bananas was a class act about. Hope he shakes up the house next episode.
This seems like a throwback to the elimination on FR between Natalie N, Paulie and Bananas and Tony.

He is probably my favorite bad boy with CT. He is the goat with CT. He has redeemed himself after the bookbag challenge by keep coming back year after year. Lot wouldnt have came back after the loosing the book bag to CT, which shows how much heart Bananas has. God Bless.

This is actually the 2nd time that Paulie and Johnny faced each other in elimination. The first time was the "Milk and Cookies" elimination in Final Reckoning.

Curious if we will ever see TJ Lavin as a contestant on The Challenge. Surely he has yearned to jump in and compete! Especially during so many challenges, we hear him giggling repeatedly at the performance of contestants. His giggle is so recognizable! Might be funny to see TJ try some of the crazy stunts!! He likes to give grief to those not bothering to try, he should try!
This new system is stupid. Monte had 5 votes, he should've been the one going into elimination.

Bananas had all this time to prepare himself for battle and he took out one of his biggest former rivals in Paulie. Now he gets to possibly shake up the game big time and defect off the sinking ship red team and make another team very strong 🔥....

@@jonathanoscategui2678 bananas biggest advantage is experience but now the red team is down two players which most of the time is a disadvantage. Unless red team wins he's on the chopping block every time. The new voting system means no one is safe unless you win the daily challenge.
@@casswashwash1070 yeah but if he goes to team green with Wes his number one he can coax Tori to go into elimination to swap out with someone on green and join as his number 2. Many people would think Tori would want to take Amanda's spot but she's willing to do whatever it takes to get to a final so they could get Amanda to join their ranks as well. That would give them a voting majority on team green which is half the battle but Bananas also has Josh and his so-called number one fan in Dusty who will vote his way as well which could give him including himself up to seven votes on his side if he doesn't win the daily. Those aren't bad odds and could actually strengthen his stance in the game going forward by a lot.....
That to me is the only solution going forward. If he goes to team blue don't think that improves much so we'll see what happens....

But the idea u had was good too but Tory and Amanda both don't like each other and that would be a lot of drama

@@LexLexxxx valid points if he goes on blue but Johnny going to team green has many benefits. First like I stated him and Wes would be great on team green together given they can crush most of the daily challenges. Second if Tori goes to green she's most likely taking Amanda's spot unless they come to an agreement to vote together and instead Mikayla would be swapped.
Third having Bananas Wes Tori and Amanda on the same page would help give them a voting majority on team green.
Fourth Bananas has some allies on team red in Josh and his number one fan Dusty lol who will vote his way as well....
Going to team green doesn't protect Bananas fully but it gives him a lot more ammunition to work with and like you said winning the daily challenge is so damn important to avoid elimination and stacking up team green with the vets would definitely help....

Technically they were aligned with the vet alliamce which was why you saw josh and paulie names throw in because they are apart of that vet alliance however fessy being fessy him and cory turned against the vet alliance this week.

I still love bananas. However his elimination meltdown was embarrassing. It didn't help anyways. Save your dignity and just get mentally ready.
I think the people that split their votes between Montee and tyler should have all just casted their vote on one of them only. If 8 votes went to montee, he would've likely gone in instead of paulie & a rookie would've gone home. They have to play the stats..literally.
I don’t know if you watched the full episode but the house alliance which is basically being lead by desi wanted to send in josh or paulie because they are attached to the vet alliance and montee on team wasn’t gonna vote him in and so obviously those votes went towards josh and paulie and then you have just a few people who favored montee although he has very few allies because hes at the bottom of the house alliance and who the vets alliance voted towards was montee because they knew he would be someone that johnny would likely beat. Now why paulie recieved more votes than josh was because if your gonna pit someone who attached to the vets in against johnny paulie had the better chance aginst him than josh and was a bigger threat to the house(majority) alliance. Then obviously cory and fessy were safe this week and cory idiotic self backstabbed his own alliance with throwing johnny in because he felt hes at the bottom of the vet alliance so he made a deal with the otherr side and ofc fessy only cares about fessy so there is that.
@901_inspired oh yeah I agree with what you said because desi's alliance is definitely running things right now. But there was a type of meeting/discussion between Bananas, Paulie, Josh, Amanda, Michelle, & Dusty where they were asking Bananas who he wanted. So Bananas brought up Montee & Tyler. Then Dusty ended up saying that they could spread their votes out evenly between Montee/Tyler and everyone agreed. If those 6 votes would all have gone to Montee plus the 2 Montee votes that came from others, montee would have likely gone in. If they had all settled on tyler, then tyler likely would have gone in. I just hope the vets can gain some control somehow because I don't want to see an all rookie final 🫠
@@dmn1105 but the thing is Michelle was in the meeting but she a part of desi alliance so likely her vote wasn’t in johnny favor with the vote being anonymous then we all know amanda dont ever do what she told she just go do stupid atuff remember johnny asked amanda during the meeting why she was even there.
@901_inspired I'm tired of everyone acting like bananas has loyalty to Cory. Cory has been thrown into elimations plenty of times. I didn't agree with Cory decision to vote for Banana. But let's be honest, in order for Cory to have a Chance to win the finals they have to get rid of Bananas.
