Thanks for your comment! 🙂 It might be that the deteriorating layer wasn't fully removed. Make sure you're using a nail polisher remover with acetone and keep rubbing the sticky areas until the layer of film is fully removed. Hope this helps!
Goal is to rub off that top rubbery/coating layer that's deteriorating so you'll have to use some elbow grease. Also, when it's still wet with the acetone it'll feel gross, but once you dry off and wipe down with a clean paper towel, it'll feel nice and smooth. Hope this helps. Thanks for watching! 🙂

I tried it on the back of a Bose remote. It didn’t work. It just go it worst. 😩

What about between the buttons? That's where all my sticky spots are.
