    You did your part of and found some fish. Crappie decided to throw their hat in the ring...not bad. We're settling into the if you're not walleye fishing a river you're getting the last few bites before ice and the holidays in Illinois. Keep fishing and enjoying it brother. Blessings

    John, The longest Crappie I've caught was a 19 5/8" it was very thin . I did have it mounted that was in summer of 1991.

    I'm glad the fish are biting your way. Me and my buddy fished the Cheat Lake right on the WV and PA border and it's probably 10 to 12 feet low and all I managed was to lose my favorite spinner bait.

    I noticed the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant in the distance or is it Watts Bar? The warmer water from the cooling towers sometimes attracts fish. Have you tried closer to there?

    • @michaelmosley254

      Watts bar the discharge water is on the other side you can't fish from the bank on that side

    Those structures in the distance tell me I’m not eating any of those fish…🤔

    • @FishingWithChris_Tv
      @FishingWithChris_Tv Месяц назад +3

      The small eater size fish aren’t the ones to avoid. It’s the big fish. They have been in those waters longer so they have more of the sauce in them than small fish. Either way, people have been eating fish from power plants for decades and nothing happened.

    • @jimjoyce962
      @jimjoyce962 Месяц назад +5

      There is nothing emitted from those structers but warm water. I wouldn't hesitate to eat anything from that water.
