I lived right there on chestnut just about two blocks away from the Sunbeam sign. Used to love Pine Bluff back in the 80s. It was really a nice town to grow up in.

@@LynnUs78 I saw another video of a typical upper middle class, wine toasting Black lady professor and it looks like life in Pine Bluffs is still good. I was impressed by the stats of your university being 90% + Black because there’s so much academic success that’s succeeding in the lives of college educated Black Americans, Cheers!

Florida is home.. I've been here for a long time! I never been to Fayetteville but I've heard great things. I wouldn't recommend Pine Bluff cause I have heard the crime rate is up there but now days that's every where!🤦♀️ Hot Spring is really nice. I think you may like it there. Blessing on your new venture...life is what you make it and I'm sure you will do great things. ❤🥰😁
@@LynnUs78 Thank You I'm excited 😊 but I heard that there's no rent control, you can get evicted even if you paid the rent. 😮💨 Overall I can't wait to start my new adventures, Arkansas is just one of my many stops I will make in life. There's 2 other locations for Oceans in PB...there's a spot at the old Hardee's (the older folks might remember this) on Harding between the mall and Simmons..and one on 28th St pretty much next to KFC..so there's 3 locations you can go to for their food

Before you move here go and ride around for yourself and look really close. Listen really close down town is crowded by old closed down buildings.

Yes...my Brother lives there and he said it has gotten bad! I'm not sure what areas are the worst be my suggestion would be do some more research or talk to people that live in the areas to get a better idea on the current situation. Hope that helps🥰
Pine Bluff is actually one of the most dangerous cities in America

I heard that the crime is really bad there. My brother and his family live there and he told me about a school shoot. I grew up in McGehee but have no interest in moving back to that state. Are you from Arkansas?
