- This easy, delicious, chocolate confection will remind you of a Rocky Road candy. With marshmallows and pecans, chocolate and peanut butter, you get all of the tastes in one bite. And, it's not overly sweet. Sounds like something you want to make? I'm including the recipe below. And, you may already have most of the ingredients on hand. Try it today. Ingredients:
1 - 1lb 4oz pkg chocolate almond bark
2 cups Reeses Puffs Cereal
1 cup chopped pecans
2 cups miniature marshmallows
Melt chocolate in microwave or over a double boiler. Add remaining ingredients. Scoop or spoon out onto parchment paper, or, use mini muffin paper liners. Let set up until chocolate hardens. This doesn't take long.

I made this recipe to take the Christmas party. My husband loved them and I hope the rest of my family will as well. Thanks for such an easy recipe.
We also make this kind of candy and it can be made with such a variety of ways . It goes a long way and is delicious ! We sometimes use the white Almond bark and melt in microwave and when it is melted , we spoon in about a cup of peanut butter, stir and then add the cereal ( captain crunch, Rice Krispies, etc .. ) what ever you choose and all types are great !! I’ve been making something very similar to what this lady makes. I take chocolate chips and melt them. Then I put in the cereal honey bunches of oats. Also mini marshmallows. And whatever nuts I have on hand. Then when all done I put a big spoonfuls into paper cupcakes. Then put in frig to keep cold.

Oh that's true about keeping the pecans in the freezer!!! I had my pecans in my cabinet,,, they molded!!😧 I learned from my mistake.

I would suggest to have all ingredients ready before melting chocolate as it cools pretty quickly
