  • It's a sunny March day in Banff, Alberta, Canada. Loram rail grinder, LMIX 3416, works its way westbound on the Canadian Pacific Laggan Subdivision going past the station at MP82 grinding the mainline. It was followed closely by a CP MoW employee in a high rail.

    I hope you make some layout vids again someday. I was really looking forward to seeing Morant's Curve finished. I hope you're OK.

      Hi Brock, sorry for the lack of content. I just haven't had the drive to make any videos about the layout this year. The Honda minibikes and Farm stuff have just been more appealing to me lately. I haven't stopped working on the layout, just not making videos as they take a lot of time and effort. I hope to get back into the groove this fall.

    What was the locomotive in the front? It looks kinda like a British diesel, but it also doesn’t at the same time

      @timgrover1598 Год назад +1

      They're all custom built for Loram, most likely from discarded early GP parts. There's some smaller Loram trains running around like the Side Ballast Cutter that seems to have a locomotive roughly the size of an SW1500.
