My ChatGPT account has access to ChatGPT-4 and it tells me that it has knowledge as of December 2023 and still based on the the GPT-4 architecture, which means that my GPT-4 hasn't been updated to a GPT-4 turbo right? If so, what do I need to do to use the GPT-4 turbo on the ChatGPT platform?
