- This video is about a healthy and simple delicious split yellow lentil (green gram) ladoo using fresh homemade ghee (clarified butter). This needs just 4 ingredients to make and will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. It tastes very heavenly and melts in the mouth with a aroma of the lentil, sweetness and also the flavour of ghee . Children will love this dish.
Ingredients
Split yellow lentil ( green gram ) - 1 cup
Sugar - 3/4 cup
Ghee - 100 ml
Cashew nuts (broken) - 10 to 15 Pieces

In Malaysia we add a portion of fried rice powder to the mixture so that it does not stick to the tongue and it is easy to swallow. It really taste good with the rice flour added. It is a festive item in all indian households down here. Enjoy.
