Hes already wearing the White t shirt before he goes to changing room. The blue shirt is only the front so all he does is pull off the blue shirt to reveal the White shirt.
I think what happens is that the guy inside the cubicle quickly 'slaps' the light tee shirt on his chest and it's just sort of held there (i.e. he isn't actually wearing it, but it's staying in position on his chest because of the jacket and the friction between it and the blue one).
@DubsyHD Because he has the blue top underneath I'm guessing he either slips it through his sleeve or over is head but to do that with 1 arm that quick is still quite cool imo. But then I am easily amused

best explanation of this trick is he already got the shirt on covered by the blue shirt, basically he got 3 shirt on and the guy in the room just take the shirt off

he probably just had a really thin t shirt on, with the grey one under, then gets another grey shirt. he goes in the fitting room, throws the grey shirt he picks out, rips his blue shirt, and there you see his other grey shirt under. not hard -__-

U can tell that he does not put the top on, rather the top is placed infront of his original tee and the sleeves tucked in..
