I just picked this bad boy up, just over a week ago. The hobby shop in my city had an anniversary sale. After a couple runs (nothing crazy, some lil jumps and dirt course) and I love it. I am an a newbie to rc, and have a few cars. This one is in the top of my favorites. It suits my style of driving and excels in the environment that i have available for me to rip around in.

Those are some huge air jumps really. That's the only thing I'm really missing in my area I don't have anywhere to jump it worth a shit I'm getting ready to build a couple of ramps if it wasn't raining today I would have already been working on it anyway great video
Probably just the original version probably never sold through the first batch and just easier to send the updated parts. I just ran the stock parts until they break then install the updates.
So far I haven't used my wheelie bar yet I've only rented about four or five times all just kind of playing around practicing with it kind of getting used to it. However today I pulled the center deaf and I packed the shit out of it with ear plug because I didn't have any 20 million dip fluid right now I have one 6S 5200 mi 120 c battery unit and a jumper on the other side and I've got the punch turned up to nine. It absolutely roasts oh and I've got a 19 tooth pinion gear on it first off the 19 tooth pinion gear really makes a massive massive difference I haven't even run it on stock I changed the gear before I ever got the batteries but I have run it on an 18 tooth just seeing how that went and it is noticeably different from the 18 to 19 tooth so I imagine the 15 tooth is even more noticeable. If I can't stand a wheelie now the way it is that I think I'm going to go with like the Max 8 with the G2 combo and the 4278 SD motor because that thing looks like a beast it's more than half the cost of the car itself but I think with that in there this thing will be unfucking stoppable
The Kronos is 1/8 scale and is discontinued. Corally said in their video the Kagama replaced it. But I have both and have done videos on both. It is a great truck.

Yea buddy it ain’t gonna be fast when they putting 10th scale 36mm can motors and esc on a 6th scale rc. So the 4s has 10th scale esc and motor and your 6s has 8th axis esc and motor and another thing is you literally can’t put any bigger better motor in then because you can barely stick a fold piece of paper between the back of the motor and bell crank. I was so upset because I want one really bad but it’s not worth it at all. Specially someone like me who takes stock electronics out of every rc I have soon as I get it and go with my go to electronics. If redcat would come out with a V2 machete with those problems fixed, I’d buy one right then and there
Redcat really missed the mark with this one the restrictive motor placement the over complicated steering and gearbox limited shock travel make this rig hard to fit in a category They should of learned from the v1 kaiju and capitalize on that I love my kaiju and I won't trade it for the world I don't mind companies trying new things but don't over do it to where the vehicle is not really welcomed

Yeah an upgraded pinion would definitely be on the list of upgrades needed, but DANG! It made a lot of serious jumps without breaking! Impressive!

Corally Kronos xtr 1/7 scale is 6s and a great price to guys

what battery do recomend
