You need enough experience. In the most cases its about 7-10 years practical work experience. You should have leadership skills. There are tons of more "what you need to do/have" but i think these two are the main ones. Have a great day!

you have to come to the office! you have to be distracted by tenis players and lovely "silence" of the open plan office! everything just to feel "productive", what a ton of crap :-)

There is main issue of Pdf file and excell sheet form and word file can not easy to save to iphone and we did not copy the file easy in windows
