Post- pregnancy is treated very differently in my town/country. I have been wanting to break the cycle with a more natural body and mind experience. Thank you for explaining all the steps so I can understand. Where I am at I do not have access to any care like this and I wish to try it on my own. These dishes are commonly consumed by majority of Chinese. All dishes are best served fresh. It’s okay to reheat if needed.
