Replaced. 100-25v , 22-25v and 6.8 capacitors on my 1993 Camry and now the speedometer works great. Buy a gun and paste and take your time. Thanks for the video…
At 3:10 you said you ordered a motherboard for 35 bucks where did you order the motherboard from and where did you find the p/n of the mother board.ThankYou in advance please help.I have a 96 Camry LE 2.2l engine with automatic transmission in it odometer works but the tachometer and speedometer doesn’t work.
So that was for the main engine computer, i just searched for one on ebay with the same pin number as the faulty one and bought it. by the way, the ECU is hidden behind the glovebox if you ever need to servicr it. Replacing the ECU will not fix the issue with the instrument panel. Sounds like you have a classic capacitor issue in the instrument panel. I would take the panel appart, and look over the speedometer and tachometer boards closely for any leakage. Hope this helps.
