I'm 23 and it looks like I'm going to end up like this... and I really don't think it has anything to do with me at this point. I understand where ur coming from. I'm 21 and a lot of my friends say theyre not ready for marriage yet which baffles me because theyre really sweet girls but I cant understand why theyre delaying marriage for petty reasons like they dont want responsibilities yet but they want a job 🤯...but on the other hand I do have a couple of friends who either want to marry right away but just haven found a potential or they are already married.

Right western husband raised Catholic was too much for me up under me too much I felt like a bird who has being crushed in a fist. Materially did not want for much. But the exhaustion at a young age unbearable. I reverted then sought a husband who relied on Allah more than anything plus look after family mom sisters etc. so here we are some 18 + yrs later no kids if our own and now has 2nd wife all going good. @@ibrahimalameddine100 interesting, my divorcee uncle is married to 2 women who are in their 20s while he's in his 40s. Most widows I know are the least materialistic group of people, a lot of them just want a good man to take care of them, it's divorcees that come in with baggage and entitlement

It's easy to get married but not with the right one . The husband who can be the leader ,the provider and protecter.
Don't think akhee , its easy to be alone with no companion, no husband who can look after you and have a conversation with him.

Zaid seems like the only one who had a good head on his shoulders. I'm sure he'll figure out how to go about his plans. However, Mahdi's advice to go through his sister was distasteful. He needs to have a discussion about the matter with his parents. Not use his sister as a shield. Thats cowardly. If he just so happens to meet a potential wife through his sister, sure.
