You just gave me an idea for a video to make. 'Should you buy a Pro'.
I'm curious. What kind of monitor or tv do you have? Cause one big selling point of getting a Pro, the biggest of all, is dependent on what display you've got. If you've got a 120hz display with VRR, it's definitely worth it. If not, you're not gonna get the most out of it I'm afraid.

@Jean-ul4ue it's gonna work. But if you wanna see a real improvement you should have at least 4k. At least you can enjoy the games with high frame rate. Do you have a base PS5 already?
@@PS5ProRobi have not yet acquired a ps5 yet even the base that’s why maybe I’ll just get the pro
@Jean-ul4ue I see. Well then I'd recommend you get the Pro if you've never had a PS5. Then you're future proof and got the best there is until the PS6 comes out and that's probably 3 years away.
I have a PS5 Pro and bought Avatar yesterday for £20 sealed. Is the game still playable with the Pro patch that people are complaining about? Prior to buying I thought you could just change the settings to base PS5 but that isn’t the case.

It's definitely worth it. They're probably gonna fix the 2 issues, or they might just bring back the old base PS5 modes. If you've got a 4k display I think it's definitely worth it. Cause the resolution is as high as the fidelity mode running at 60fps, but with shimmering issues and ugly water. The game is still beautiful and it runs very well!

@PS5ProRob nice! Oh yeah I have an LG OLED Gaming monitor and Black Friday got a LG C4 55inch OLED and wanted to play this game. I knew of the issues but assumed they wouldn’t remove the other graphics settings. I will install and play it this week, very good deal it’s £20 sealed at Smyths Toys
@louismcgonigal860 that's a solid TV! The game should look really good for you. So you've got 120hz with VRR too. Let me know what you think of it.
They have addressed the issue on twitter they said that they will be bringing back the ability to choose options for different graphical fidelities. A temporary solution to pssr they said.
